Beautiful place
Very Good,
But, no elevators...
Staff especially Maria made our stay rewarding. Thank you to all your Pegasus staff for our wonderful stay here in Santorini
We had a very disappointing experience from the moment we arrived in the hotel! Front desk is very rude and lacks empathy and they are very dismissal oriented. We could not check in our room until 6pm, we paid for the angel suites which is a room that has no privacy. This room is located right next to the hotels pool! Everyone will be able to see you at your room deck and pool. The views from the room are very beautiful but it does not make it worth what the rook lacks. The reservation department did try The breakfast is not good. The spa service is good and the luggage helpers are amazing!
The room was clean but the towels were hard and old. This hotel is not 5 star hotel. I had to pay an upgrade cause my first room with the jacuzzi was not good.
The staff is super friendly and helpful no complain about that but the facilities were bad.
The breakfast was not good. Not too many options to eat.
The view from my new room was incredible.
A VERY SPECIAL PLACE !
Excellent hotel with being part of the most beautiful picturesque location you see on all the travel brochures of Santorini! Clean beautiful , just wonderful place! See cruise ships from your room coming, staying and going. Walkways
The views from Pegasus were beautiful, but overall the stay was disappointing. Check-in was confusing and difficult to find, with us hauling heavy luggage down many steps only to be told it wasn’t the right location (even though we followed signs to the “Lobby”). The balcony areas lacked privacy, and staff often entered without notice. The worst issue was laundry service — I was told it would be ready by afternoon, but it wasn’t returned until 9:30pm, ruining our evening plans, and cost 65€ for just 5 outfits. For the premium price, these issues were unacceptable and I would not stay here again.
A Truly Exceptional Stay at the Pegasus Hotel
From the moment we arrived at the Pegasus Hotel, we knew we were in for something special. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Euthimhs, John, Maria, Efi, and Lona were all incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering us a warm, personalized service that truly made us feel at home.
The highlight of our stay was when they surprised us with an upgrade to a gorgeous room. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had the most breathtaking views. The attention to detail in the room made it clear that the hotel truly cares about providing an exceptional experience for its guests.
The hospitality from Euthimhs, John, Maria, Efi, Lona and many other incredible staff was second to none. Whether it was offering local tips, ensuring we had everything we needed, or just greeting us with a smile, their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable.
If you're looking for a place where you’ll not only enjoy a fantastic stay but also be treated like family, look no further than the Pegasus Hotel. We can't wait to return!
Great place to stay but be aware that you'll be walking alot
Maria was fantastic as a personal concierge and the entire staff including Effie were the best. Totally romantic, special and visually stunning. 5 star.
The property says it is 5 star and luxury. It is most definitely NOT that. I was expecting a lovely hotel room with beautiful touches but it was old and had outdated elements the lighting was poor and somethings like the mirrors were chipping and the sheets and bed was uncomfortable.
The view was lovely however and the hot tub nice. As well as the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Also the breakfast was wonderful.
The hotel is really more of 3.5 star (the kindness of the staff tipping the scale).
We had an amazing stay at Pegasus suites for our honeymoon! The view was incredible and the included breakfast has a great selection.
Amazing stay and staff were so helpful and kind. 10/10
Great spot outside of oia. Charming and friendly staff
Our stay at Pegasus Suites & Spa in Santorini was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and genuine hospitality that we instantly felt at home in this luxurious slice of heaven.
A special shoutout to Maria at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and special. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made such a difference – she truly is a gem. And John from breakfast – what a star! Always welcoming us with a smile and making sure every morning started perfectly. His service was exceptional and he gave great recommendations for places to see and eat.
Speaking of views – wow. The panorama of the caldera, with the iconic white buildings cascading down the cliffside and the deep blue Aegean stretching endlessly before us, was absolutely surreal. We spent hours on our private terrace soaking it all in. The sunsets were cinematic – the kind that take your breath away and make you feel like you're in a dream.
The location is perfect – nestled in Imerovigli, which is peaceful and romantic, but still close enough to walk to Fira if you want more buzz. The suites are elegant and spotless, with that unmistakable Cycladic charm and modern luxury. The private pool was a highlight – serene, refreshing, and perfectly positioned for sunset views.
Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great stay. Thank you!
Pegasus Suits & Spa is a is a great Hotel with friendly staff Maria, John, Lona and everybody. The Hotel is very clean, quiet, private & upscale with great view to Caldera.
Thank you LOVE from Ruben & Clarice B.
Excellent!
Overall, my experience was wonderful! The views were breathtaking, the cave hot tub with sea views from the room was incredible. The hotel is actually in the mountain rock and you walk down stairs into the hotel to access reception, the spa, rooms, restaurants, etc. I really enjoyed the spa experience, the massage was excellent! There are not many spas in Santorini. The staff was knowledgeable and helped make the visit memorable. The Greek Wedding show is a must see! Oh and the sunset view from Sunset Bar is amazing and they offer live music. Food is pricey though.
Here’s what I didn’t like. Construction prevented direct access to hotel. So, I had to walk up a steep hill to get there. The bellhop did get my bags. There’s no elevator which means a lot of walking up and down stairs to get to everything on the property. Inside the room the towels were hard and crunchy. The towels exfoliated my skin with each use. The motorized water pump in the hot tub kept stopping causing the maintenance man to come daily. The restaurant’s service was slow and the food was mediocre. Food was double the price too. Food at the little restaurants on the walking path into the villages was way better and cheaper. Also, I couldn’t see the sunset from my room or any spot at the hotel. The sun set to the east, so I had to go next door to the Sunset Bar to see it. Some excursions offered by the hotel is double the price that’s offered online. Do your research before purchasing tickets.
Our stay at Pegasus Spa & Suites in Santorini was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and hospitality that made our trip truly exceptional. We stayed in a stunning suite with a jetted hot tub, which was the perfect touch of luxury to elevate our experience.
The breakfasts were an absolute highlight—freshly squeezed orange juice, perfectly cooked eggs, and a delightful array of croissants and pastries that started each day on a delicious note. The food at the on-site restaurant was equally impressive, earning a well-deserved five stars. We can’t recommend the chicken gyro, margarita pizza, trio dip, and salmon enough—each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.
The staff at Pegasus went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Effie and Maria at the reception desk greeted us with genuine warmth and kindness, always ready to assist with a smile. Our server, John, was incredibly attentive and made every meal a joy. The entire team showed remarkable care, especially when they promptly arranged a mattress cover for our bed to ensure my pregnant wife’s comfort—a gesture we deeply appreciated.
The spa experience was divine, with massages that left us completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The hotel’s prime location next to 180 Sunset added a vibrant touch to our evenings, as we enjoyed the live music drifting over from nearby, creating an unmatched atmosphere
Maria and her staff were amazing. They were there to answer all our questions and gave us ideas of things to do. Our breakfast each morning was exceptional and we loved our talks with John. I would highly recommend this resort. One thing you need to know is there are a lot of stairs. We had 100 from our room up to the walkway where the restaurants and shops were. But well worth the climb!
