Las vistas al lago.
Al llegar la persona que nos reservó no hablaba inglés. La habitación no tenia sabanas. El baño estaba sucio y sin agua caliente. Las toallas estaban gastadas. La habitación olía muchísimo a humedad y entraba aire de fuera y moscas.

We were disappointed with this accommodation - it was in need of an update. The room was very small and not at all what it looked like on the photos. The hot water didn't work and it was quite chilly in the room. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good. It was overpriced for what it was.
Room roughly made under naked roof. Very cold during the night. Room and bathroom not well cleaned, bed are uncomfortable.
Poor breakfast. Is not worth the price.
A good veiw
Room was awful (top floor with lake view), paid extra for what we believed to be the best room they had, cracked window panes, patch repairs to the worn out carpet, gaps round balcony door, curtains hanging off, desperately in need of refurbishment,worst we have ever experienced,very cold overnight only supplied one blanket so we wore our coats to bed, very noisy from other guests and road, music til 1.30am and loud talking from 6am management did nothing, could not use the balcony as they were having a plastic & polystyrene bonfire below us. They wouldn't call us a tuktuk at night just told us to go down the road and wait for one, although they did get us one in the morning when we were leaving, also thought our lack of sleep was funny and blamed the indian guests! The place is a complete shambles. Would have got a better night's sleep on the pavement with the street dogs.

The Hotel have an amazing view on Nuwaraeliya and the staff is very kind and supportive.

ideal location with wonderful staff. the facilities were exceptional for the price. the Sri Lankan breakfasts were the absolute stand-out. spcly the rice and curry i'll never forget that
