A great hotel in Innsbruck
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I highly recommend having dinner at the restaurant of the hotel - the food was amazing and the service was great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was a short walk over the bridge for transport to the centre and the main attractions or a 20 minute walk, which I enjoyed.

Cons:

Too many mirrors and light switches.
There was a kettle in the room but no cups, teas or coffee. The rooms at the front were noisy if you opened the windows as there is a busy street right outside the hotel. The bed was not very comfortable and neither were the pillows and the base of the bed needed some attention as the material was peeling off.

Ranajky boli ok, lepší európsky štandart. Kuchyňa - večere je výborná, aj keď nie lacná. Pekná lokalita pri rieke.

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Viel Strassenlärm, man kann Fenster im Zimmer nicht offen halten. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders, es gab nicht Platz für alle und es war immer etwas leer, weil so viel los war. Innsbruck ist teuer aber hätte mich schon etwas mehr für das Geld erwartet.
