Pros:

Great location, close to the central Square and very helpful Staff. A big comfortable room with a very comfortable bed.
Being winter I found the room a bit cold for my liking ( but not just this hotel - everywhere in Peru I have stayed) and having an adjoins restaurant meant the hotel at times was a little noisy. But would certainly stay again!

Wat een fijn hotel! Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. De heer die het heerlijke ontbijt verzorgd krijgt een extra pluim, wat een plezier straalt hij uit! Sfeervol hotel op 100 meter van het Plaza de Armas.

Pros:

Room not available when we came had to wait and still not available until we got back tour. Paid for a day which we were not able then use. Disappointed in the service and no apologize or anything else was offered for this mistake on their side.
