Το σπα ήταν εξαιρετικό! Όπως και το προσωπικό στο σπα!

Τα δωμάτια αρκετά παλιά για ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων. Το φαγητό αρκετά ακριβό, «προκάτ» απαράδεκτο!! Το μόνο που αξίζει πραγματικά είναι το σπα!! Και να θες να είσαι όλη μέρα στο ξενοδοχείο για τις ανέσεις που σου προσφέρει το φαγητό σε απογοητεύει… Απορώ ποιος είναι ο σεφ.. Παρήγγειλα μπιφτέκια μοσχαρίσια και μου φέρανε κάτι σαν φιλέτο χωρίς να μου το πουν… τους κάλεσα πίσω και μου είπαν ότι δεν είχαν μπιφτέκια για αυτό μου βάλανε άλλο πιάτο χωρίς φυσικά να με ρωτήσουν.. και το χρεώθηκα κανονικά… Το αποτέλεσμα; 130€ λογαριασμός και μετά παρήγγειλα με το φίλο μου delivery… Η εικόνα του κρέατος τα λέει όλα..

This hotel has completely lost its former identity and charm. What may once have been a respectable place now feels tired, neglected, and frankly run down. The facilities show clear signs of poor maintenance, with worn-out interiors, dated furnishings, and an overall sense that upkeep has been ignored for years.

Our room clearly reflected this decline. There were loose cables visible, which is both unsafe and unacceptable. The shower curtain was stained, giving a very poor impression of cleanliness, and the lamp was visibly damaged and bent,adding to the overall feeling of neglect.

To make matters worse, one night we returned to find the entire hotel entrance covered in mud, from the main door all the way to the elevator. This was not a small area but a major walkway, and it appeared completely unattended, creating an unwelcoming and careless first impression.

Common areas feel dull and uncared for, while the rooms give the impression of having been “patched up” rather than properly renovated. Cleanliness is inconsistent, and the general atmosphere is far from welcoming, more depressing than relaxing.

There is a strong disconnect between how the hotel presents itself and the reality guests experience. It no longer lives up to any standard one would expect for the price or reputation it seems to rely on. Sadly, this is a place resting on its past rather than investing in its present.

I would not recommend staying here unless major renovations and a serious change in management priorities take place.
