Heeft nogal wat onderhoud nodig
The staff are friendly and professional .and the cleanliness is of the highest standard
Its not that i didn't like it,but i feel that it could have been better. Some music around the swimming pool would have been nice .and the air conditioning was quite loud
The hotel was good! Not something special for a 5*
I paid 13€ for a surprise fruit salad. It was overpriced. Just cut fruits. I asked for a handwritten note and it was just printed in a white paper. They didn’t tell me that they will print it.
Nothing
This is not a five-star hotel. Maybe a three star hotel if I’m being generous.
I booked this hotel at the end of our stay because booking.com rated this place as a five-star hotel. Well, firmly I can say it’s not even a four-star and barely passes as a three star.
The negatives:
1. No complimentary water in the room. We went to the desk to ask for a few waters and the front desk worker said “oh they’re in the mini bar”… we then asked oh so we have to pay for them? …”yes it’ll be 2 Euros for the small bottle…”
Not even three star hotels make you pay for water, especially in Europe where a lot of tap water is not drinkable. We went across the street to the convenience store and got a 1L for .50 euro.
2. You have to pay 25 Euro to use the indoor pool. I understand you have an outdoor pool that’s free (as it should be), and you also have a spa connected to the indoor pool, but it isn’t a grotto. It’s just a pool. Stop pinching for pennies from tourists or raise your price a little.
3. The room is outdated. I feel like I am in a 1990s mix of a Holiday Inn and a Super 8. Everything is outdated in the room, including the paint, the furniture, and even the hair dryer. The paintings look like they’ve been here for 30+ years.
4. Bed is terrible. The mattress is caving inwards and the pillows we had to fold over to get enough support for our head to use.
5. Shower. Water goes EVERYWHERE unless you are cautious on how you shower. The way they set up the shower is that the shower door is only half way across but the shower head is located directly in the middle so the setup is pretty silly and doesn’t make any sense. We had to set down an extra towel to soak up the water, and even the drain on the floor had a hard time draining because it looked closed.
6. Other complaints: trash can was broken, breakfast was mediocre at best (the eggs were super wet), carpet looks like it’s from the 80s.
Everything was smooth.
The mattress of bed was too hard for me
