Important information:

Please inform Sonder Wellborn in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guests stay. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. There is no continental breakfast.


The Wellborn House Bar is open until 1 am throughout the week. You may hear noise from the events and music in the shared courtyard space. Dr. Phillips House wedding venue is next door, hosting receptions in their outdoor courtyard. You may hear noise from the DJ music. We have provided earplugs and a white noise machine in your space. We apologize for any inconvenience. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

Pros:

L emplacement et le cadre de l hôtel qui est magnifique.

Cons:

Les photos ne correspondaient pas à l agencement de l appartement. Notre logement était plus petit, n avait pas de table pour manger (alors que présente sur la photo) ni d évier dans la cuisine alors que nous avions opter pour ce logement car une vraie cuisine. Bilan nous devions faire la vaisselle dans la salle de bain!

Die Lage zum Kia Center und zur Stadt ist top. Schönes Ambiente. Einfaches online check und Zugang mit Codes. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, wenn das Schild, das auf der Kommode im Zimmer liegt an den Rückspiegel gehängt wird.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist zu kalt eingestellt. Ist auch sehr laut. Sie pustet direkt auf das Kissen. Tipp: Lamellen über dem Bett mit der Hand schließen und das Kissen ans Fußende legen - also umgekehrt schlafen. Nicht besonders isoliert. Es gab einige Zimmernachbarn, die rücksichtslos die Türen knallten und auch nachts laut waren. Am 2. Abend haben wir unsere Ohrstöpsel getragen. Dann ging es.

Good proximity to downtown, spacious room, neat and tidy

Cons:

The main issue was not having hot water in my shower for the 1 night stay, so was not able to shower. Apparently this was checked afterwards and they said it was working when it had not for me, and no compensation received unfortunately- so had to go to an overnight flight unshowered.

Not able to store luggage in reception
Kettle but nothing to drink out of.

Loud music next door for wedding but this is mentioned in the hotel description and I missed it, thankfully finished by 10pm

Pros:

Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Bett war bequem, die Lage auch sehr zentral

Cons:

Es gab keine Tür zwischen dem Bad und dem Schlafzimmer und das Schlafsofa war ziemlich unbequem. Im Bad gibt es keinerlei Ablage Fläche aber sonst sehr gut.

I didn't have breakfast. I was told they didn't serve breakfast.

Cons:

Every day, Hundreds of small bugs in the bathroom sink crawled everywhere. I had to kill them every time I went into the bathroom. It was very uncomfortable.
