Overall a very enjoyable stay! I definitely recommend it and would love to revisit it in the future!
Pros:

Location was great so peaceful but still in the heart of the city!! The room was ok and the breakfast was good with a lot of variety of food! Facilities were good -although unfortunately we didn’t have time to use them properly. Stuff was very helpful and nice!

Very mediocre stay, very low quality for a 5 star hotel

Cons:

Slow to check in despite 3 people working, I was at the front for 15 min
Useless staff at breakfast, didn’t get seated, waited 30+ minutes for a dosa and omelette, food was cold specifically the chicken sausage at 10am
Ac in room turns off when key removed, got very warm
