I feel back because I really forget to to leave tips for the lady who cleaned my room but everything I as was wonderful beutiful place wonderful people staff was very nice all time I really want to go back

I don’t usually write reviews. I only do so when a hotel is truly exceptional or when the experience has been terrible. Unfortunately, this is the latter case.
I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions over the past ten years. My previous experiences were generally positive — I was assigned clean, comfortable rooms in good condition, check-in was quick, and the service was attentive.
I honestly don’t know what has happened to this hotel. I wonder whether there has been a change in management, or if they have simply fallen into the mistake of relying on their reputation and neglecting the details that truly matter to guests.
My most recent stay was, on average, terrible. The front desk service upon arrival was rude and extremely slow — I had to wait more than 30 minutes just to check in. I was then given the worst room in the hotel: dirty, poorly maintained, noisy, with both the fan and the AC making such unbearable sounds that it was impossible to rest. Worst of all was the bathroom, which was in a disgraceful state of deterioration.
It is truly disappointing that a loyal guest is treated this way. Regardless of whether the reservation was made through Expedia or any other platform, the hotel should honor the expectation of a room in proper condition, as advertised.
I will definitely not return to this hotel.
And yes, I can already anticipate the management’s response — the standard apologies and the usual promises to improve. Meaningless words.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, however, the property is slightly rundown, which puts into question the value for money. The staff was extremely helpful.
