La experiencia no es nada agradable. Al ingresar demoran mucho, falta personal,, entras después de 4 y mientras te ubicas ya no puedes llevar a los niños a piscina porque funciona hasta las 6. Prácticamente el primer día perdido. La habitación no servía el módem para ver TV. El WiFi nunca funcionó. Muy costoso para lo que ofrece. El. Personal muy amable. Si fuera por escogencia para un próximo viaje no me hospedar ia allí. Además la playa no tiene algo privado y no te prestan ni una silla todo toca pagarlo. Otros hoteles tienen vigilancia, comida a las carpas, carpas, sillas. Aquí nada

Las instalaciones son amplias, no hay malos olores y el personal es muy atento

Lastimosamente no tienen early check in y se da ingreso hasta la 1:00 p.m. por temas logisticos llegamos temprabo y nos tocó esperar, tampoco nos ofrecieron un paquete todo incluido y la comida la compramos a la carta el inconveniente con esto es que hay que pagar en el momento y resulta incomodo.

Habitaciones muy cómodas y las instalaciones para niños muy buenas. Buenos restaurantes y la comida deliciosas

Las piscinas son excelentes pero se siente la congestión en algunos horarios y no se puede descansar de día. Falta un bar abierto después d ellas 10 pm
El tráfico vehicular entre el hotel y la playa es muy peligroso y los vendedores en la playa insoportables por la cantidad. Sin imprudentes y entrometidos No permiten descansar ni hablar en privado.
