Nice location in front of the beach and many pools to choose from.
- The internet was really bad. I was not able to connect to the wifi from my room despite the hotel claiming they had high-speed internet.
- TV in the room wasn’t working.
- The quality of the food wasn’t good. They sell themselves as having top level-restaurants but the burger was undercooked, the octopus was chewy, the Caesar salad had no dressing.
- They kept playing very loud music at the lobby bar to the point thst it was impossible to chat.
- They didnt clean my room one day and when I complained they said I was lying.
- Staff are slow to reply and you have to call them constantly.
The pools were amazing for my kids! However, they lack sufficient umbrellas poolside. Also, I had to pay for beach chairs on the beach, which isn't usually expected.
