Very noise from ourside traffic.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the property. This is my 6th time I am staying here. Excellent room very large. Excellent hospitality by the staff. Exceelent food / break fast at the restaurant. They treated me like their own family member. I wi definitely return here

I was so happy to come and try this hotel! The room was amazing and the employees were so friendly. I wasn’t crazy about the food in the restaurant, but the breakfast was great for being included. We had many fun nights at the tapas bar with the bartender. He even found me a speaker so I could play music from my phone. It was very close to the heart of Zonia T and we never had an issue getting an uber from this location. I felt very safe here and I will absolutely be coming back in the future! Thank you for making my trip to Colombia so great!!

Do not stay here, you might get robbed. There are similar cases on Google reviews, so this does not appear to be an isolated incident.

During a stay in August 2025, my family members were the victims of a theft inside their locked hotel room. The door was secured with the hotel’s keycard system, yet a substantial sum of money was missing when they returned. The police were contacted immediately and an official report was filed.

The worst part was how the hotel handled it. The head of security refused to help, avoided questions, and only spoke when police were present. There was zero empathy or willingness to assist, and even basic information such as management contacts or hotel protocols was denied. Despite repeated attempts to reach the general manager directly at the hotel and via email, there has been no personal response. Instead, only generic emails repeating the same lines were received, asking for documents that had already been provided. To this day, after submitting the police report, we have not received any communication and there does not appear to be any progress.

This is supposed to be a five-star property, but the lack of security, transparency, and professionalism is alarming. The issue here is not the money, but the safety of guests. If this is how they treat victims of theft inside their own rooms, how can anyone feel safe staying here?

We had a nice time. The hotel is in a very nice area and very close to restaurants, shopping malls, transportation and other entertaining places. The hotel overall is in nice condition but some renovations needed.
We definitely will consider it for our next trip

I stay here for 7 days, from day one the staff was very friendly and helpful, the cleaning lady was great and the food was good, rooms we’re comfortable.

The people were very friendly and attentive, service was excellent, and they whole place was very clean.

The hotel seemed fine at first, but all the noise from the lobby to our room on the fifth floor was easily heard. Without informing us, they hosted a party in their entertainment room on Saturday, with loud music and talking until 2–2:30 a.m. Obviously, they are not equipped to host such events if the noise disrupts guests who are trying to sleep.

When I brought this to their attention, they only said, “We’ll bring your concerns forward”—no compensation, nothing. I didn’t pay to stay in a place where I can’t sleep and am constantly disturbed by loud noises.

The room was also not very clean. It had carpet flooring, stains in the bathtub, and a plastic trash can in the bathroom that was heavily worn and looked dirty. My allergies acted up, so I know it wasn’t properly cleaned—not just based on appearance but also from experience.

I recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at the 101 Park Hotel and wanted to share my positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and helpful assistance. The hotel's location is a definite plus, situated in a safe and convenient neighborhood. Having a supermarket and a variety of restaurants just nearby made it easy to pick up essentials and find dining options. While the breakfast could be improved, the overall experience at 101 Park Hotel offered excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers and would happily stay there again on a future trip.

The hotel location and service are great! The family room is perfect for family traveling with children. The only downside was that rooms deserve a renovation.
