There was no breakfast, staff called. Didn’t clean the room, was told that it was done every other day, so trash wasn’t taken out, didn’t receive clean towels, and necessities in bathroom weren’t full. Stay was just all around ok. Defiantly bring ur own pillows, pillows sucked.

Needs Updating Badly, To Be Avoided...

The rooms are in bad shape plus stained hallway carpets. The breakfast buffet was closed one morning since the cook didn't show. We were promised a credit for this but they blew us off and we got nothing.

The bath room was pretty disgusting with a very rusty bathtub. One of the few hotels that has not swapped out to walk in showers as most hotels have now. Bathroom had almost no storage.

This hotel has moved to an every 2 day cleaning and towel service. But they don't tell guests that so we had wet towels on the floor for 2 days. Had they been honest about this we'd of hung them up. Pretty cheapskate Garden Inn not to have daily service.

Some of the room outlets have been dead for years so hard to charge our gadgets. The TV was awful with a nearly impossible to use channel guide system. Many other Hilton properties have moved to streaming services like Netflix or Max but not this tightwad outfit.

The traffic on this hotels street is very busy so hard to get out on Polaris.

This place needs a total gut job on all rooms and bath rooms.

I'd avoid this location and stay at the nearby Home2suites which is very nice. One of the worst Garden Inns we stayed at and as Diamond member we've stayed at many of them.

Nice, I would stay again. However next time I will DEFINETLY park in the back knowing what I know.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. They also credited me 1 night stay, without me asking, due to my truck being broken into.

Cons:

The bed was not very comfortable to me. the pillows are great! The bed was lumpy to me. My truck also got broken into on Friday night, Saturday morning sometime. My understanding was this was the second time in a couple of weeks that this hotel has been hit. I would have appreciated a mention of this, so that I could have parked in the back and not near the front. You knew that this had happened, a heads up to you customers would have been nice.

Upgrade is Needed
Pros:

I was in town for a. Convention. This hotel. Was the overflow hotel. I have stayed at this location previously the staff is always nice. This hotel is conveniently located near various retail stores , restaurants and the mall! The hotel is pet friendly as well! What has become a disappointing experience is that it is in need of some upgrades! My mattress was just to soft, the shower took over20 minutes to get hot water, and there seems to be a moldy smell in various areas of the room!As stated, the staff was very friendly. Please note there is a charge for continental breakfast and full service breakfast.

Pros:

Hotel staff was very pleasant. However, the hotel cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. I wore white socks in the hotel room and noticed they were black on the bottom before I went to bed, I also noticed items left on the floor obviously from the previous customer. I will not be going back to this hotel.
