Centralt, fina rum, trevlig personal! En mycket bra upplevelse och vi kommer garanterat boka på samma ställe om vi ska till Karlstad igen!

Pros:

Rummet kändes som att bo i en garderob/skrubb. Inga fönster, ingen telefon på rummet, så att man kunde nå receptionen, kände oss instängda som i en fängelsehåla.

Cons:

Betalade ca 1.800 kr för rummet. Har bott tidigare på Scandics hotell i centralt tex i Stockholm till nästan samma pris o haft allt det jag saknade hos er. Bokade erat hotell via nätet o hade jag vetat detta ”skit”, då hade vi bokat ett annat. Tack för att ni inte beskrev rummet innan vi betalade!!
