Christmas trip
Pros:

Lovely hotel and in a good location,
Staff are very friendly and rooms are tidy/big.

Great location
Pros:

Location was great. Between the old town and the Jewish quarter.
We requested a quiet room as not to face the street (Tram noise) and the staff was able to accommodate this without any problem. I would recommend doing so to a light sleeper.
Secure Parking on site that fits larger vehicles.

Four night stay in Krakow
Pros:

This is a really nice hotel.
Great location just a few minutes walk from Krakow's main square. Room was small but had everything you need, clean, with safe, small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Decent bathroom and shower (albeit small). Nice breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options. We had an early morning excursion before the official breakfast time and they prepared a takeaway packed breakfast for us at no extra cost. Was really quite nice with yoghurt, fruit, sandwiches, chocolate bar and drink included.
Staff very friendly and helpful with the exception of one of the two barmen who was a bit grumpy. You'll probably know the one I mean !

Very good location
Pros:

Property is opposite a park and its an exceptional location for the old town, room was clean and breakfast was very good to start your day. The staff were very polite and nice

Cons:

Its nothing major just if you need to walk to Krakow Glowny train station its like 20-25 min but there are always taxi due to its good location

Pros:

Perfekt läge. Hotellet levde upp till förväntningarna, rent och fräscht!
Särskilt nöjd med service kring bokningar av resor till och från utflyktsmål och flygplats.
