Excellent Stay in the Heart of Kraków
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the city center and within walking distance of Kraków's main attractions.
The reception team was outstanding, especially Ella Bielecka, who gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, very clean, and equipped with air conditioning. It was also very quiet, allowing us to sleep peacefully, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The bathroom was spotless and well maintained, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were professional, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that although the bathroom itself was spacious, the shower area was a bit small. However, this did not take away from what was otherwise an excellent experience.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Zentral gelegen, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, relativ ruhig für mitten in der City- hat alles in allem gepas
Pros:

Die Lage war super, um Krakau zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war sauber, wenn auch wirklich sehr klein (ist aber so beschrieben und auch in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen).

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Frühstücksraum hatte Potenzial (beim Abwischen der Tische wurde alles auf den Boden gewischt z. B. Eierschalen etc., am Boden liegendes Essen wie Möhren und Obst wurde ignoriert und liegen gelassen). Das machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck, der zu allem anderen im Hotel nicht passte.

Great location, great hotel!
Pros:

Great location, modern decor, spaciousness rooms. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Staff were fabulous really friendly and helpful.

Absolutely recommend and would definitely stay there again In beautiful Krakow. Lovely city.

Nice place, small room, elevator between floors
Pros:

Location. Parking. Well kept.

Cons:

Elevator stops between the floors, so you have to go up or down half a floor with the luggage.
A 14 m2 room is small and design is not optimal. Entrance door, AC, bathroom door and luggage rack dont work together. It would have been smart to install a sliding door for the bathroom.
Shower space very tight.

Aproape de castel si de mijloacele de transport. Locatie linistita, hotel curat si modernizat. Afara este amenajat un loc de fumat cu masute. Mic dejun pentru toate gusturile. Receptionerul f cumsecade.

Cons:

Parcarea prea scumpa, 65 pln, deci in jur de 16 euro pe zi.

Väga hea asukoht! Tuba puhas ja hubane. Personal väga abivalmis!

Cons:

Kui tuba satub suure liiklusega tänava poole, siis kogu müra tuppa väga hästi kuulda ja magada ei ónnestu. Meil ònneks vahetati tuba vaikse vastu- olime tohutult tänulikud!

Empfehlenswertes Hotel in super Lage zur Altstadt.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Das Frühstück ist überdurchschnittlich gut.

Cons:

Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer könnte erneuert werden. Aufgrund des Strassenlärms kann man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen.

Pros:

Situated between market square and Jewish quarter. Good breakfast. The chef cooked delicious dinner. Good reception. I had room facing the park with green view.

Cons:

Tiny room, not so comfortable with dark decoration black and white! Didn’t feel like that clean, due to dark carpet.

Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Gehminuten zur Marienkirche und zum Schloss.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein sehr kleines Zimmer, der Koffer Ständer versperrte den Weg zum Fenster. Die kleine zerklüftete Terrasse war kaum zumutbar.
