Perfecto para conocer Praga
Pros:

La ubicación, la amabilidad de la persona que estaba al cuidado de las cosas en los apartamentos y el espacio de la habitación y la zona común de cocina y comedor.

Cons:

La colcha para taparse, era escasa. En España no estamos acostumbrados a que sea así.

Excellent location and huge room
Pros:

Huge room very clean with modern shower and excellent location.

Cons:

It was very strange checking in at the emblem and I couldn’t find it. I had the taxi take me to old town residence and they helped me with my luggage to the bar that is underneath my hotel but then I had to find the emblem to get the keys and it wasn’t easy.

Bellissimo, ma purtroppo c era caos sotto la mia finestra.
Pros:

Era tutto perfetto, molto comodo e sono stati gentilissimi. Non so se ci ritornerò perché purtroppo non sono riuscita a dormire bene a causa degli schiamazzi notturni di giovani fino al mattino... Una roba assurda, non riesco a capire perché altre persone non chiamino la polizia, non è possibile urlare e cantare a squarciagola fino alle 5 del mattino.

Pros:

Overall, we had a great experience staying at Old Town Square Residence by Emblem. The location is excellent, very central and perfect for exploring the city. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and had a cozy atmosphere that made our stay very comfortable.
We also appreciated the small but thoughtful details, such as complimentary coffee and tea, and access to a clean shared kitchen. The restaurant downstairs was another highlight, hotel guests receive a 10% discount, and the food was delicious with enjoyable live music. The staff were professional and handled situations appropriately, which we truly valued.

Cons:

The only downside was the noise issue due to a connecting door (even though it was closed) between our room and the neighboring one. The soundproofing was not sufficient, which made it easy to hear everything from the other side.
Unfortunately, the neighboring guests were quite rude, they would knock loudly on the wall even during the day when my daughter was simply walking or laughing. At the same time, they were making significant noise during quiet hours, but we chose to remain respectful and did not disturb them.
That said, the staff handled the situation very well and maintained a professional attitude, which we truly appreciated.
For future improvement, I would strongly suggest not assigning families with children to rooms that have connecting doors or insufficient soundproofing, as this can negatively impact the overall experience.
Despite this issue, our stay was overall very positive, and we truly enjoyed the location, comfort, and atmosphere.

Dejligt hotel, perfekt beliggenhed og sødt personale.

Det er bare så centralt! Det kan ikke ligge bedre. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Også med at ringe til en famile der boede lige ved siden af, kun adskilt af en dør. Der var børn der bare skreg og skreg og på anden dagen det stod på ringede vi til receptionen der ringede dem op og bad dem respektere det boede andre.
