Front desk ladies. Cold, non- caring, nonchalant, non-accomadating. Rqstd a pool view 2 mo ago, basically, so what, too bad. Here's a street & garbage view. Park View is a joke. No mention in the listing it is All Torn Up, under construction so u can't even walk or bike it for a pleasant view. Felt slighted and unimportant here.
I would NOT recommend it.
Breakfast? Hardly! U bring a box of cookies, u would be better off.
I asked front staff, where is the room. Don't even look away from their screen to tell u "it's in the back". Yah, that's for sure! I hope those staff get the Same customer service (not) they gave me, next time They go somewhere.

Scottsdale is a relatively expensive neighborhood, so to find a good hotel at these rates was a surprise. The bed is comfortable, parking and location excellent.
This is a no-frills hotel---no pool or spa, pastries only for breakfast. However, it functions excellently in this category.
Not a hotel I would recommend.
The area felt unsafe. The bathroom was outdated and didn’t want to shower.
The pool area was very nice. The room itself was updated (although cabinets were not) and the beds and bedding was very comfortable. The property is 2 miles to Old Town and a few miles to a spring training field, which is convenient. It is in a commercial area that appears safe. The reception staff were helpful.
This is an old motel that they have fixed up. The outside doesn’t really match what is shown online (other than the pool area). The parking lot is full of potholes and this makes the initial appearance unappealing. The guest reception room I used to change and use the restroom before checking in was piled with chairs and very dirty. Many chairs at the nice pool area were broken…although I fixed some just by screwing in the loose screws. I did enjoy time at the pool. I had to get the very thin and small pool towels from the front desk. All in all, it was fine, but was extremely overpriced for a mid-grade motel.

Noisy refrigerator. The chair in the room was filthy.
The room had all that we needed and was very comfortable.
