Nice property, always clean, comfortable beds and a great location. I really enjoy the Parkview.
Pros:

I love staying at the Parkview, have done so for many years back when it was the Three Palms. I love the location and it is always clean & comfortable. It's a good nights stay. Good rates especially off season. I always check the Parkview first when looking for lodging in Scottsdale. BUT my last two stays recently there was an issue with "no water". Didn't last long but it was annoying! Somethings going on with the plumbing or it's a cost saving issue, I don't know? But I really enjoy this property but I may need to find a new hotel if this continues to happen.

Cons:

Occasional no water issue. It doesn't last long but it's not what I paid for and annoying. At the very least, offer guests a reduced rate for a future stay OR how about an apology!! Otherwise you never hear from the management /staff unless I say something. It's like they ignore this issue as if it's no big deal.

Pros:

The pool

Cons:

Booked a jacuzzi room. It was 91 degrees in the room. The air conditioner didn't work. Maintenance man called out sick. Wasn't able to use the jacuzzi I paid for because of the heat issue. Asked for a refund and was ignored by the general manager. Didn't get my refund and wasn't able to use the amenities I paid for. Horrible accountability of the hotel.

Horrible stay
Pros:

The motel was really dirty. There was bugs in the room. Try to get a refund and booking.com. Wouldn't help front desk? Try to help but only got reimbursed for half of one room and still got charged for a full night in the other room. When we didn't even stay there, the second night. Experience was horrible. The location was horrible, didn't even want to leave. My car outside felt like something was gonna happen to it. Overall experience with booking dot com. And this hotel was horrible.

Cons:

I didn't like the location. The room was dirty, had bugs in it. Both rooms that I bought. booking.com wouldn't help reimburse us. I had to do footwork to get everything completed, and still only got half of one room and not anything for the other. I was there because I had a family member and critical condition, and this just made it an even more terrible experience. I would not recommend this at all.

Horrible stay
Pros:

This location was horrible. The room was completely dirty. We had two rooms in both rooms were really dirty. There was bugs in both rooms. The furniture was damaged. The area where it was located was really sketchy. Didn't want to leave my car outside. I tried to get a refund and it was a run around with booking.com. And the front desk, it was a horrible experience. I had to just book another room had another motel just because of the situation. Very disappointed in booking.com and this motel as well. I spent more time trying to get a refund than sleeping.

Cons:

I did not like the location. I did not like the room. I did not like the environment. Shot desk help was very unprofessional. They were nice, but not kind, not trying to help fix a situation. Just felt like it was our problem. And nobody was trying to help.

Would have been a nice experience if the air conditioning worked

Cons:

Air conditioner was not working well, room was hot and humid. Couldn’t sleep the whole night due to the heat.Informed the staff about the air conditioner but no action was taken. All the ice makers were not working.

Quiet restful night
Pros:

It was close to where I needed to be. My wife is currently at Plaza Healthcare. Soit was located close by. Everything was clean and the property was very quiet. It was the first full night of sleep I had in quite a while.
