Pros:

This hotel has retro charm.
The bed was cozy.

You can tell that they don't put money back into this property. It' needs a refresh to bring it back to life.

We were disappointed and not satisfied
Pros:

The room felt clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Pool was dirty , was told they were going to clean it . They never got around to it . Only 3 channels worked on the tv .

older accommodations, expected to find new for a Scottsdale resort setting
no elevator we were on the second floor and had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. We are seniors and this was exhausting

The stay was horrible I expected something way better than what it was. I even told the receptionist how bad it was and she wouldn't give me my money back we didn't even stay the whole night just a few hrs which sucked.

The customer service was poor, no help to lift luggage to the second floor and vice versa. The bedding was dirty from the previous guest who used the room
