If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the residence in advance so that the necessary arrangements can be organized. For an additional fee, guests may request to reserve the exact location of their accommodations by calling the residence directly; contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests staying longer than one week have the possibility to renew their chosen services at reception at the end of each week. The residence is proudly certified Green Key (Clef Verte), reflecting its strong commitment to sustainable tourism and environmentally responsible practices.

Rates include accommodations, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices allowing browsing and emails, as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and handling fees). Guests are kindly requested to clean the kitchenette area before departure. For any invoice requests, the name indicated will be the one stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur an additional charge, and credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, you will be put in contact with Booking Customer Service. All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations, including rabies, and an additional charge of €12 per day per pet applies. The outdoor swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

La poca empatia alla reception e la struttura un po datata. L’ascensore un po’ traballante, il cattivo odore nei corridoi.

Horrible
Pros:

Nothing the place was horrible I would rather sleep outside . Friday the First night didn’t leave instruction how to collect the keys . Only the day after I got the email . So had to book other place for the night . Second night the Saturday I got the key went inside . I had no pillows or blankets for the bed the sliding door didn’t open . I packed up my stuff and went back to the accommodation I booked the night before .

Cons:

EVERYTHING I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE . You will waist your time and money . The service the communication for key hand over all of it was a complete and utter joke !!!

Rassurant et confortable tout de même

L'emplacement est tranquille.
Les systèmes de sécurité avec des codes sont rassurant
La végétation autour de la résidence est très belle

Cons:

L'ascenseur est vraiment fatigué
Les volets roulant ont été bloqués, dommage ! Car le froid passe bcp au niveau des fenêtres.
La petite baignoire est sympa mais pour une personne âgée pas facile !
