If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the residence in advance so that the necessary arrangements can be organized. For an additional fee, guests may request to reserve the exact location of their accommodations by calling the residence directly; contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests staying longer than one week have the possibility to renew their chosen services at reception at the end of each week. The residence is proudly certified Green Key (Clef Verte), reflecting its strong commitment to sustainable tourism and environmentally responsible practices.

Rates include accommodations, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices allowing browsing and emails, as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and handling fees). Guests are kindly requested to clean the kitchenette area before departure. For any invoice requests, the name indicated will be the one stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur an additional charge, and credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, you will be put in contact with Booking Customer Service. Please note that reservations made under a “Nonrefundable” rate are neither exchangeable, refundable nor modifiable, and no request for modification or cancellation will be accepted. Reception opening hours are Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. Reception is located in the “Mimosas” building at 14 avenue de la Rostagne, 06160 Juan-les-Pins. All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations, including rabies, and an additional charge of €12 per day per pet applies. The outdoor swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

La struttura è pulita e lo staff molto disponibile sia in fase di check in che di check out. Soluzione molto carina con un bel terrazzo in cui potevamo mangiare con vista mare. Zona tranquilla ma i centri e le spiagge di Juan Lea Pins ed Antibes sono raggiungibili a piedi in 10-15 minuti. struttura con parcheggio a pagamento molto comodo. La struttura è dotata anche di piscina che però non abbiamo mai utilizzato

Cons:

L’ascensore e’ stato fuori uso dal sabato mattina al martedì mattina. Un disservizio notevole soprattutto per chi, come noi, era ai piani alti.

Pros:

Liked the location, the small kitchen to be able to prepare our own dinner.

Cons:

When neighbours talk loudly you can hear them through the walls.
Stayed 3 weeks In total and every week got More expensive. I understand season time but for a longer stay or extending our stay I believe a bit of a discount could of been added.

Начнем с того, что я останавливался уже в этой резиденции в 2011, 2012, 2014 и 2022 годах. Наш номер был на 1 этаже. Плюс - быстро от ворот, минус - прямо напротив бассейна. И тебя видно с верхних этажей. Но это не трагедия. Традегия заключалась в том, что за 12 дней ни раз не сработал WIFI! Каждый день обещали решить эту проблему, но сеть так и не появилась. В основном до вокзала 10 минут, до центра (Pam Pam например) 10-12 минут. На вокзал идешь вправо, в центр к тусовкам влево. Магазины в 5 минутах. За ту сумму, что я заплатил на 12 дней - самое то. Диван превращается в крепкую кровать. Есть белье, есть теплое одеяло. Вся кухня и утварь. Жить можно. Райончик спокойный, соседи адекватные.

Cons:

12 ДНЕЙ НЕ БЫЛО WIFI!!!! Девушка на ресепшн что-то говорила про комплимент со стороны отеля, но я так ничего не получил...
