Truly amazing hotel – you’d need a whole month to enjoy all the facilities
Pros:

Big territory consisting of several hotels, possibility to visit, sail, dine and take part in different activities in other hotels of the group, plenty of actives, amazing restaurants where you can eat instead of the buffet, really nice and helpful staff, excellent beach, great for kids.
One week wasn’t enough to visit all the restaurants and to do all the activities.
We’ve visited a lot of good and expensive hotels, but this one stoke our heart.

Cons:

There is no a single thing we didn’t like.

Beautiful resort with lots to do with kids
Pros:

The architecture of the property is really nice, and it’s easy to get around the resort because of the golf carts so you can see so much of the property

Cons:

I felt like the standard of cleanliness in the room was not up to par with such an expensive and “luxurious” resort. The staff do really care about the comfort of their guests but regardless of how hard they tried to fix any cleanliness issues, there was constantly something wrong in our room - I hope we just got a room that needed fixing I’m sure the other rooms are hopefully ok

It may be very well the best resort for families in Europe.
Pros:

Amazing facilities, everything someone can want and more (restaurants, pools, sandy beach, water sports, kids activities, evening events, many sports) and the staff very helpful.

Cons:

Sheets were not changed over 6 days. For the benefit of the resort, yes, it was written somewhere in the room a message that the policy is to change every 3 days and by request could be changed even daily.

An amazing hotel and offering but lacks the ultra luxury execution.

Views and food.

Cons:

We didn’t directly book with Sani, however I made communication several times with them and requested items for our kids. Additionally I paid in full prior to arrival.

They did not mention once that I had to book all my dinner reservations. Resulting in 80% of the restaurants we wanted to eat at not being available until 21:00 or later This was extremely frustrating especially when we arrived at the restaurants and they where 50-60% capacity. Not ideal with 7 month baby and a 2 year old.

Additionally small things made the hotel feel more like a 4 star hotel.

The rooms were never vacuumed only swept. Although the cleaners were great it always left a sand and dirt residue from the footpaths back to the room. Resulting in the room not feeling clean.

It took 3 days and a supervisors involvement to arrange for a push chair to be delivered to my room.

My general feeling at first was that after the first two days I did not feel like I was on holiday as I had to to keep chasing and pestering to get meals times and updates however in everything else quickly remember it self after the annoying issues where resolved. The staff were amazing throughout the resort and the food quality was outstanding.

I would return now I know how it all works and I feel like my review would then be outstanding.

Sani delivered an amazing experience for our family
Pros:

This is one of the best locations you can go to with kids in Greece. The service is absolutely amazing, the accommodation is top notch and you really don’t need to worry or waste time on anything, because the staff helps you right away. Definitely a place where we will go back to really soon.
