Отличное расположение на Васильевском острове. Рядом вся инфраструктура: рестораны, метро, магазины. Завтрак простой, лично мне не хватало. Номера просторные, комфортные. Разрешили ранний заезд.

Добрый день! По небольшому недоразумению заселили в номер без горячей воды, котёл не был подключен. Нам сразу же сделали апгрейд, чем очень подняли настроение, номер Hennessy оказался очень просторным и комфортным, с горячей водой проблем не было! Персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный, завтраки понравились, месторасположение для нас было подходящим, поездка удалась. Михаилу и Диане отдельное спасибо!

Cute hotel with nice service. Yes, the hot water did take a long time to get hot but that’s my only complaint. Very nice staff and good location away from the touristy places but still close enough to everything.

A nice quaint hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a pillow menu! They can improve their cleaning services.

Огромное спасибо команде отеля за такой прием. С дороги очень хотелось поскорее попасть в номер, но приезд был ранним, готовилась к долгому ожиданию. Однако номер уже был готов и меня заселили в 10 утра без доплат. Всё рассказали, даже принесли в номер багаж. Номер очень просторный и светлый, уборка на «5»! Отдельно хочется рассказать о работе ресторана – очень вкусно как на завтраках, так и по меню. Для меня очень удобно, что можно не думать о поиске места, где пообедать или поужинать, также можно заказать что-то в номер. Обязательно вернусь!

The look was luxurious, the feel was far from it.

Hot water was hard to come by, there are no rooms with standup showers and I never had enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi bath.

I also left some valuable items behind (my fault) but the staff has been impossible to get a hold of. Besides the bell man (who was maybe the only helpful person around) no one cares to assist you with anything. So I've called numerous times to see if I can have help retreivjng me things but they either don't answer, and when they do they tell me to call back in 15 minutes. Or they tell me to leave a number and they don't call me back.

The luxury suit (Hennessy) at Marco Polo hotel is a comfortable suit with a major room connected to a side room. The decoration in the room gives a cozy atmosphere with nice paintings and small details like beautiful lamps and well-designed coffee tables. 3 big windows give both bright light and good ventilation. The room facilities with a tea/coffee cooker. Complementary mineral water is provided every day.

The bathroom has spacious place for shower, sink, and toilet.
The flower pattern on the toilet floor makes the entire room design even more attractive.

A fireplace and a piano and some candle lights make the breakfast location look very elegant.
We also got the chance to play the piano after breakfast.
The breakfast choices vary from time to time with hot dishes and salad and some Russian traditional sweet desert.

The hotel staff is polite and helpful.

There are just a couple of subway stops from the hotel to the Winter Palace.

Petit hôtel un peu vieillot, bien décoré mais pas assez bien pour un 4 étoiles à mon avis: l'ascenseur ne descend pas jusqu'au RDC, les lites sont trop petits et extrêmement inconfortables, le petit déjeuner est très pauvre et peu varié. Le personnel était très sympa en revanche, et ont été très serviables. L'hôtel est assez bien situé, pas loin du centre ville, à 5 minutes du métro.

Area is comfortable. Near a lot of food place. My clinic and two metro station in walk distance around 10-15 min. Personel is nice. Very good breakfast.

3 stars. This rating is mainly because of poor management of the hotel. We arrived at specified check-in time but room was no ready, reception asked us to wait we decided to eat in the restaurant, 45 minutes later room not yet ready, were asked again if we could go for a walk, obviously, whew were annoyed when back at the hotel. During staying when back at hotel at around 3.00pm room hasn't been made yet, that was unfortunate as the rooms are comfortable, hotel is well situated, you can walk to the Hermitage Museum and other interesting sites.

Very Helpful staff - I fell ill and was helped with anything I needed - thanks for saving my life!!!
