Απογοήτευση
Cons:

1. Υπηρχαν Μυρμήγκια στην τουαλετα. 2. Πολυ φασαρία απ τον δρόμο καθώς δεν υπήρχε ηχομόνωση. 3. Συμβουλή: Τα δωμάτια χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση. Ηταν πολυ απογοητευτικη η διαμονη μας αυτη τη φορα και θα το σκεφτω αν επιλεξω ξανα το συγκεκριμενο καταλυμα. Ως return guest θα ηθελα να υπαρχει η αναλογη εκτιμηση και το room allocation με τα απαιρητητα amenities στο δωματιο (πχ σοκολατακια) ή room upgrade.

Pros:

Hotel in posizione perfetta per raggiungere il lungo mare della città ma anche la stazione dei pullman che la collegano ad altre destinazioni.
Personale disponibile, cortese, attento e affidabile nel gestire eventuali prenotazioni richieste dagli ospiti.
La camera è confortevole, curata negli arredi, è presente un frigobar.

Το άνετο ,φωτεινό και καθαρό δωμάτιο

Οτί πάρόλο που είχαμε ενημερώσει ότι λόγω της πτήσης μας θα είμαστε στις 11 με 12 στην θεσσαλονική και φτάσαμε 12:30 στο ξενοδοχείο ζητήσαμε αν είναι διαθέσιμο το τσεκ-ιν μας απάντησαν ότι θα είναι διαθέσιμο από τις 3 το μεσημέρι και μετά και εδώ όλα είναι μια χαρά και κατανοητά , Επιστρέψαμε στο ξενοδοχείο στις 2:30 το μεσημέρι και ρωτήσαμε αν είναι διαθέσμιο το τσεκ -ιν και μας είπαν να περιμένουμε 10-15 λέπτα και αυτό γιατί , Γιατί ο υπάλληλος που μας εξυπηρετούσε από το πρωί περίμενε να σχολάσει και να κάνει το τσεκ-ιν ο επόμενος υπάλληλος και όπως εγινε , Μια ευγενικότατη κυρία που μας εξυπηρλετρησε αμέσως !!! Ποιο το νοήμα να στέλνουμε μηνυμάτα ηλεκτρονικά και email για το πότε θα φτάσουμε για να μας εξυπηρετησουν όταν τελικά μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο 3: 10 το μεσημέρι .

Pros:

Merkeze çok uzak değil ama mobilyası ve dekorasyonu çok demode.Giysi dolabı komidinler yatakları hiç konforlu değil.Otel çağın çok gerisinde sanki 70-80li yıllardan kalma.Hiç sevmedik ve önermeyiz.Kahvaltı da yaptık kişi başı 9 Euro idi ama ne doyduk ne de keyif aldık.Önermiyorum

De dame bij ontvangst was heel hartelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De man aan het onthaal was niet behulpzaam en toen we nog een extra nacht wilden bijbooken moesten we een meerprijs betalen dan het oorspronkelijke bedrag. Toen hebben we ergens anders een kamer gebooked. Dat was best jammer en is niet klantvriendelijk.

Merkezi yerleşimli olmanın dışında , bir de çalışan resepsiyon görevlileri dışında hiçbir özelliği yok

Gürültülü, dıştan gelen ses hiç bir şekilde izole edilmemiş , gece 2-3 koridorda devam eden yüksek sesli konuşmalar ..Temizlik kötü, yerler tozlu, yastıklar kılıflları değişmiş ama ter kokuyor . Nevresimsiz yatak örtüsü son derece kötü hissettiriyor, otel herşeyinde olduğu gibi yatakları da çok eski, konforsuz, misafirlerim ile beraber 2 ayrı oda tuttuk ve ancak 3-4 saat uyuyabilen herkes aynı fikirde malesef..kötü bir tecrübe oldu

Pros:

Το κρεβάτι ήταν ιδιαίτερα άνετο και η σύνδεση Wi-Fi πολύ γρήγορη. Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό και το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία, καθώς ο σταθμός του μετρό απέχει μόλις 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

Cons:

Η θερμοκρασία του δωματίου δεν ήταν ρυθμιζόμενη (παρόλο που είχε θερμοστάτη) και η υπερβολική ζέστη με ανάγκασε να έχω το παράθυρο ανοιχτό όλη τη νύχτα. Δυστυχώς, το παράθυρο έβλεπε στον ακάλυπτο όπου βρίσκονταν οι εξωτερικές μονάδες κλιματισμού, με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει έντονος θόρυβος. Επιπλέον, το μπάνιο ήταν υπερβολικά μικρό και η κουρτίνα στη ντουζιέρα ήταν ενοχλητική κατά τη χρήση. Θα ήταν προτιμότερο να υπάρχει ένα γυάλινο διαχωριστικό.
