Was out from the busy part - but not to far. Good value for money.
Parking was easy
The street had some homeless - which were scary at times
Great value for money. Easy check in and check out
Homeless near property - was loud sometimes
Ideale Lage und gute Ausstattung
Great location, good price to quality.
The location was great. The manager was super helpful always and provided quick support.
Great place to stay
Nothing
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Kitchen supplies (scissors, utensils, pots and pans) were in good condition and met our requirements. The beds were comfortable, apartment was spacious. Parking was straightforward to get into. Overall great experience.
Provide soap for dishes in case we needed to re-use before the next morning clean of the dishes and provide salt and pepper.
The staff was amazing. They did their job of checking you in and left you alone unless you needed help. The room had a fridge, microwave and couch. It also had a stove. There were no issues going in and out even after hours.
The cabinets are outdated. It was a little too far to walk to the beach and stores. The TV was very small. Our remote had dead batteries. The bathroom is very small, not even enough room to change your clothes. We were facing the street and could hear sirens and cars all night. The AC is small and very loud.
All was exactly as listed in the advertisement...(no pool no problem!...)
Small but useful little balcony...
Host was very helpful during stay for any requests...
Room/Facilities were exactly as advertised, not fancy but working in good order and very clean!
Kitchen was well equipped...
Good location, near to bus stops, shops, restaurants and short walk to Beach front..
Beach Towels were same as the Bath towels and beach mats were a bit dilapidated but good enough for purpose...
Some days there was early traffic noise from road outside with trucks/bikes...and last couple of days noisy neighbours talking/smoking on nearby balcony at night after 22:00...could happen anywhere...
Convenient, great location and comfortable accommodations
Outside noise from the street was at times too loud.
Close to shops and walking distance to places.
A little of a small shower
The property was in a central location close to downtown. Kitchen was nice, and we appreciated having the beds in the living room, as well as parking.
It’s situated on a busy corner that during weekend nights is loud with cars, people and sirens. Because the windows are bloopers, there’s no sound blocking and you can hear everything.
The hotel was comfortable and was in a good location if you like to be out of the busy tourist streets. Staff is friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay!
It was close to Waikiki beach and all shops around it.
The room floor was very dirty. After walking barefoot on it your feet would be so dirty and sticky. The owner who was supposed to be the front desk person, was never on site. Whatever you need you have to call and it took a long time to get what you wanted. AND, what the F*** for charging extra fees for checking in late due to your flight!!!
Don’t let the cheap price online fooled you. You better off staying in a nicer and cleaner hotel with better amenities!!! All the good reviews you see online are given by people who wanted 20 percent off of late fees or other things. The owner said if you give them good reviews, you get 20 percent off BUT NOT for the motel room but for other things!!!!!
Walking distance to town
The location was great, and the hotel had a lot of items you could borrow - coolers, beach towels (although these were regular towels), body boards, etc. The cleaning staff do an amazing job and they are very friendly.
PARKING:
1) The main property contact (possibly the owner?) Patrick was rude to us when we first arrived. We were confused by the parking situation (I'll explain shortly), and when we asked him about it ( we expressed concern about being able to fit our vehicles in the parking stalls), he snapped, "Well, the parking's worked for 60 years."
2) The parking lot for the hotel is VERY small. The garage itself is narrow and not very long, so turning into the garage and then into a stall is tight. Backing out is a nightmare if you have anything bigger than a compact, because it's too narrow to just back out and then pull forward. You have to 3-point it (at minimum) to avoid hitting the concrete walls or the front/back end of other vehicles. And that's coming from someone who had a CDL and drove a bus.
3) The parking garage only has 6 guest parking spaces. There are two additional parking spaces marked with paint lines- 1 of them is literally on the downhill ramp that goes into the parking garage. The other is in the center of the garage and runs parallel with the wall, about 10 ft behind one of the parking stalls. Considering the difficulty with getting in and out of the parking stalls, this would only add to the difficulty.
4) There are three unmarked spots on the small side driveway of the hotel, but if you park there and someone parks behind you, you have to call Patrick so he can contact the owner to move their car.
5) The hotel has a small overflow parking lot with 8 stalls, located a block and a half away. There are 30 rooms (6 on each of the 5 floors) in the hotel, with only 17 parking spaces. When I asked Patrick if we were guaranteed a spot, because parking was $40+ a day, he wouldn't answer and only repeated what the parking options were.
