Great location, close but quiet. I really loved the space of the room. the day pass for the gym was a great bonus, and the pool on the roof was a great addition and a good place to chill after a packed day. Best part of the hotel was the bed, which was huge and very comfortable.

From the minute we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. Julie especially deserves a mention at reception.
The room was spacious with an excellent shower. An abundance of soft fluffy towels and great products to use. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows and lovely linen.
There was a pianist in the bar on our arrival and we enjoyed a nightcap listening to him sing, he was very good.
We shall definitely return on our next trip. As the staff made us so welcome and the location suited us very well.

The hotel environment is a bit noisy. There is a bar right next to the hotel and we could hear music and voices from our bedroom in the evening. Earplugs are being provided so we slept fine.
Really nice rooms, clean, Close to everything
The noise level in the courtyard room was really loud - even with earplugs. So it was hard to get to sleep until after 1:00 am
We had a wonderful stay here for 10 nights our first time to Miami from the UK.
Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean and towels were replaced daily. The beds were so comfortable, we slept really well. The Kobo coffee shop attached is perfect for breakfast/snacks and there are plenty of great bakeries and restaurants for brunch/dinner all walkable just along the road too. We also enjoyed a tasty slice of pizza or two from the pizzeria across the road. The hotel is very well placed, the location on Collins is perfect for exploring south beach, Española way and surrounding shops and ocean drive. We also hired city bicycles for 24 hours and drove the entire length of the beach to Baywater and back to Ponte park at the end of Ocean drive! The beach coastal path is great for daily walks or runs. The beach is gorgeous and the hotel offers complimentary loungers and towels, we also sat around the pool a few times which was relaxing the only thing is we found the music a little too loud more like being in a club than chill out music. The rooftop bar is great as is the indoor bar the cocktails and service are excellent and the happy hour was very well received! We ate at Serêvéne the hotels restaurant on my husband’s birthday and the food and service were both outstanding. Lastly all of the staff were fantastic cleaners, barmen, waiters and reception a great team absolutely faultless-well done! We highly recommend this hotel!
We wanted a location near enough to walk to the convention center and VERY close to the beach. AND>> no children, a highly rated restaurant, great WiFi, and breakfast included. We came, we stayed, we loved it. Superb rooms, VERY clean and up to date, (I loved the waterfall shower). I can't say enough about the way the property was kept up, exceptionally clean inside and out. Beautiful decor, and ALL of the staff were happy, engaging, and concerned about their jobs and the guests. We will be back, even if our destination is much further away, knowing a hotel like this is just a gem to be kept in the must-return list.

Didn't know about the cafe in the back till the day we left.
We picked this hotel as the beach is only one block away and they provide towels and free chairs. However, there are no bureaus with drawers in the rooms - only small, narrow shelves (and a closet). Not sure what that's all about. We went in a week that was very cold, especially at night. We were surprised that the thermostat is only for A/C - they had to give us a heater in order for us to have a warm room. The staff is excellent and very accommodating. The rooftop pool is on the small side and not deep but it has a nice bar. We could not spend time there as it was too cool and there is no way to avoid the wind.
NOTE: When we first checked in, our room had a "pick-a-boo" shower which is a large, beautiful glass-sided shower as part of the bedroom (not the bathroom) - this probably works well for couples but not for a girls' weekend -- they graciously changed out room the next day.

1. The room was too cold and there is no way to heat it. They couldnt send any additional blankets to the room
2. They dont have breakfast, dont book a room including breakfast. For breakfast you can take a coffee and a wrap/croisant/danish from their coffee shop and thats it. When you buy it there its cheeper when its included in the room price. Funny, right?
