Pros:

This is my third visit to this hotel. It's a truly wonderful hotel of a high standard. The location is convenient to everything. The breakfast is excellent and varied. The hotel staff are very friendly. A special and heartfelt thank you to the receptionist, Yazeed; he is a fantastic person.

السلام عليكم ، كنا 3 عائلات ، الصراحة كل شي كان على أتم وجه ، موقع الفندق قريب على كل شي تقريبا وبالأخص على البوليفارد ومول العبدلي ، منطقة الفندق منطقة راقية ومليئة بالمطاعم والمقاهي وأماكن للصرافة ، حريصون على النظافة بشكل يومي وبالأخص السيد حسام الذي عمل بجهد على تنظيف الغرفة بشكل يومي وترتيبها ، وجبة الفطور جيدة جدا ومشبعة ومتنوعة ، والطاقم في المطبخ جدا مجتهد ومساعد ، اما طاقم الاستقبال فهو طاقم رائع جدا ، مهتم للاستماع والمساعدة وودود جدا وبلأخص السيد عمار الذي لب كل طلب بكل سرور ، وكذلك نخص بالذكر السيد ايلاف والسيده آلاء وباقي الطاقم إذا لم اذكر احد ..

נהנינו מאוד מהשהות במלון. הצוות היה מקסים וקשוב, במיוחד גאליה וגם עמאר, נתנו לנו אחלה שירות.

We had a wonderful stay at Signia by Hilton Amman with our family during Eid Al-Adha.
The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made us feel relaxed and welcomed throughout our stay.
We would like to give special recognition to Hussam from Housekeeping, who did an outstanding job taking care of our rooms. He was always friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail.
We would also like to sincerely thank Elaf and Dina at the Front Desk. They were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to assist us—especially regarding our stay extension—made a significant difference to our experience.
The level of service provided by the entire team was truly exceptional and reflects the high standards of the hotel.
Thank you all for making our family vacation so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman and look forward to returning in the future.

The only downside of our stay was that the swimming pool was not heated. This was a significant disadvantage, especially for families with children, as the water was too cold to comfortably enjoy for extended periods. Other than that, everything else was excellent.
