Pros:

I would like to thanks everyone in the property, because the staff there make our stay easier and better so without them it will be normal but having a staff like Mohamed, Majedi, Alaa and Bayan make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable

Super tailor made experience to your needs.
Pros:

Excellent customer service , all my needs were met and more . Thanks to the lead customer relations supervisor Ms Bayan who made sure all the pre visits requests were addressed fully and more , everything to the last was tailor made making my stay most comfortable and enjoyable . Reception check in and check out was very smooth thanks to Ammar.
My recommendation to ask for a top floor room facing the city view , thank you to very wonderful stay .

Cons:

I liked everything this especially the ongoing improvements to the gym which is now 24 hour accessible.
