Comfortable, clean and very welcoming
Pros:

I liked the welcoming and warmness from all staff and spacial thanks to Bayan, Tala, Alaa, and Ghalia🤍 They were so helpful, very responsive with care and check on me and about service daily to make sure that my stay is as I was expected and beyond. The WhatsApp idea is AMAZING made my life easier.

The only thing that needs renovation is the spa

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The entire hotel was well maintained, and the cleanliness really stood out.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself was absolutely amazing, but what made my stay even more special was Mahmoud, one of the lifeguards at the pool.

He was genuinely one of the kindest, sweetest, and most caring people I’ve ever met. He made me so sad to leave the hotel because of how wonderful he was. There were even a few hours when the pool was completely empty, and he took the time to teach me new swimming techniques!
And when my friend got stung by a bee, Mahmoud immediately came to help her. He did everything he could to make sure she was okay, and even made sure to call the nurse and stayed involved until he knew that everything was fine. It was so obvious that he genuinely cared and wanted to make sure she was okay.

People like Mahmoud deserve to be appreciated, respected, and treated like absolute gold. He truly made our stay unforgettable, and I will always be grateful for his kindness, patience, and care.

Mahmoud, if you ever happen to read this, thank you so much for everything.

مستوى الأمان بالفندق عالي جدًا .. يوجد امن خارجي وتفتيش عند الدخول لساحة الفندق الداخلية، يوجد فاليه مخصص لايقاف سيارتك وجلبها عند الحاجة خدمة مجانية من الفندق.
حجم الغرفة بالفندق كبير ماشاء الله والفندق يملك اطلاله جميلة تقريبًا على المدينة ككل.
يوجد مسبح ومطعم وصالة العاب بولينج بالاضافة الى خدمة الكونسيرج.
فندق فاخر وفخم ويستحق كل ريال يندفع فيه

Pros:

Very spacious hotel,lots of security,Rooms very modern.The beds are high,which is great.Nice pool area,Bars an restaurants are great.nice choice of food.There are restaurants just across the road,local.They arranged a driver to take us around the tourist sites.Very reasonable price.Great stay in Amman.
