Please note this proper is only accessible by a gondola.

In the Winter months (November - May) must arrival to meet the gondola times:
Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 17:00
Friday 8:00 - 22:00
Saturday and Sunday 8:00 - 17:00

Summer Months (June - September): 7 days/week 8:00 - 18:00

Shuttles offered after 18:00 until 23:00Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Fabulous Long Weekend at Sunshine
Pros:

Great skiing over a busy long weekend, conditions on the hill ranged from good to very good as the snow fell. The concierge (baggage handling) staff helped us tremendously with day storage for some items and sending down others. Hotel reception staff are always helpful and friendly, housekeeping was very good despite the hotel being quite busy. Great stay thanks to your great staff and great snow !

Family Skiing
Pros:

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location for some of the best skiing in the world.
Having skied and stayed at almost all major resorts around the world over many years , Sunshine Village has emerged as my personal favourite and the hotel is perfectly matched to the great terrain, lifts and snow quality.
It is rare to find ski in ski out accommodation with staff who without exception look like they love their jobs and provide service without fault .
I hope and can’t wait to return.

Best Mountain Top Stay to Ski
Pros:

Outstanding location for ski in/ski out. While you cannot ski directly to your door, it was nice to be on mountain versus a shuttle to the lifts. Beautiful sunrises, wonderful staff, great ski rental equipment( which can be iffy at times), low noise with the exception of groomers in the am but you are getting up to ski. Restaurant ( corner chimmey) was excellent with staff and food. We had a Corner King and had plenty of room but would have liked more storage for our clothes. Great ski lockers. Only negative was the pub which had an ungodly smell so we ate every night in the lodge. Hot Tub Bingo was a hit and night time snow shoeing. GOAT'S EYE was the best run(s). We will return for the convenience of mountain top stay and ski

Would love to come back but would ensure other arrangements for morning hot drinks.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Dominiq was exceptionally, helpful, friendly and we loved him!
Jen who did our free guided nature walk was also exceptionally, knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to hand out with.
Check was smooth and friendly to.
Gondola and chair lift experience out of this world!!!

Cons:

1. Coffee shop staff didn’t seem to have a clue about where things were. They were not at all organized when they opened to the public at 8:00am. Long line up with snails pace workers.
2. While I was being served, the barista stopped to answer a phone call and proceeded to complete that phone order with no regard to leaving me stranded and left to wait till she was going to get off the phone. Very rude and frustrating. My first coffee had been poured but, as I said, left waiting for the three other hot drinks.
Unfortunately sometimes the small details can marr a good thing. I could have overlooked it if there had been a friendlier interaction but that was not the case. Finally a sweet Chinese girl took over and completed our order. It was appreciated.

Visiting Sunshine Mountain and staying there for the night was the highlight. Breath taking views.
Pros:

The view and staying in the mountains and we're still in Canada. We are from Ontario.

A unique experience.
Pros:

Location, views and the daily gondola and chairlift experiences were unique. Variety of guest workers were interesting and refreshing. Our room had a forest view with a running creek below that can be heard when the window is opened. Very clean room. Loved the electric tea kettle and tea selection.

Cons:

The room had fixtures that needed fixing such as the shower valve handle was loose, toilet water tank was lose (tank wiggles when flushing). The gondola windows were not clean (mud drips) which inhibited photographing of views.

Pros:

Place is a real beauty! Awesome! The scenic views are awesome. Drivers/transporters are awesome. Staff at the gondola are friendly and very accommodating

Cons:

Place is a real beauty!.. drivers and transporters are great as well! The only main thing is the staff at the front desk., some dont know what they are doing, not attentive to some of their clients, some not that friendly and some of the front desk staff are not knowledgeable about their guests or their job.
They need to be trained more
