It was comfortable and convenient
The lighting was dim in the room
Friendly from the desk guy when we arrived around 11pm nice rooms
Only odd thing was coffee maker was next to the toilet. I dont drink coffee but it could probably be in a better place in the room
Breakfast was nice and the location was great.
My room was next to the Highway so I couldn't get no sleep. Even with the TV on it was still noisy outside.

A little wear and tear in the room
This hotel is right off I35 you can hear the traffic going by, but I still got a good night sleep. It is an older hotel but clean. The breakfast area is very clean and a small amount for breakfast. The pool is outdoor and small. It is also located at the north end of the hotel if you want to be close. I got a really good price or I would have looked elsewhere, but it was just a one-night stopover.
My family got bed bugs. When we advised hotel they did not seem concerned and offered no apology or compensation

The property overall was good for the price. The staff was very friendly, had an issue with my neighbor, blasting music super late when I had an early morning, and I called down to the office and they dealt with it kindly.
Bedsheets were super uncomfortable
It was close to the places we needed to visit.
It was old. It smelled old. The furniture in the room was tattered. The sundry store was extremely limited and useless. It was just a table of items at the registration counter. The blankets were thin and offered little warmth or comfort.
We were in Waco for an Esports event and this stay was close enough at a decent price.
The lighted parking lot at night to keep vehicles safe from theft.
Not having a bottom floor room. It was hard for me to get all my belongings in since I have a lung disease.
