Pros:

Me room was clean ,good size,front desks called me twice trying to charge me some beer from the fridge. I have to talk to them in person.so explain i didn't open any drink.the pool its small.i stay at 10 floor and the floor from the hallway was scratched

This hotel is so clean and the staff is great . I have to mention Jonathan at the lobby and Paola in room service made my stay unforgettable. Everyone is so polite and friendly. I can’t wait to stay again . Great job guys

Improvement from last year?
Pros:

Really like this hotel but I wish they would actually serve the advertised English breakfast? There was NO bacon, sausage, or blood pudding and no baked beans or fried eggs! Hence, no English breakfast and insulting to an Englishman by birth! Otherwise, breakfast is fine? The major upside is the great staff everywhere?

Hello everyone, I don't normally write reviews. Actually this is my first one. If you are coming here (Sonesta Cali Colombia). You're going to 110 percent love it here. Not only the entire staff is hard working but they go out their way to make you feel at home. And the service is GREAT! The staff learning English just to communicate better with you ( if you speak English) and making sure the right information is being given. Thank you Sonesta Cali. This my third time here and always grateful for the service.
