Super Lage und super Apartment
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage. 5 Minuten zu Fuss zur der Gondel.
Die gut ausgestattete Küche und 10 Kaffeekapseln.

Cons:

Die Sauna ist sehr klein. Dafür ein grosses Schwimmbad.
Parkplatz Gebühr finde ich nicht gut. Wer gerne auf weicheren Matratzen schläft sollte sich einen Toper mitbringen.

Uitstekend appartement alleen bediening wat afstandelijk waarschijnlijk dat ze het hartstikke druk waren
Pros:

Ligging dichtbij skilift, uitzicht van het appartement, zwembad en sauna. Het zwembad en appartement was schoon en werd elke dag schoongemaakt

Cons:

Personeel moest hard werken en had soms te weinig tijd om alle gasten naar hun zin te maken. Jammer, het gaf het gevoel dat de portemonnee van de gasten belangrijker was dan de beleving van de gasten

Great location, but too small and under-equipped for four.
Pros:

Great location. Pool is lovely.

Cons:

Dining: A table with only 3 chairs for 4 guests.
Tech/Comfort: No smart TV (no streaming apps), no reading lights, and a severe lack of storage.
Facilities: Only one bathroom.
Location Note: Be aware that Obergurgl is primarily a hotel town. It is incredibly difficult to book restaurant tables during peak season if you aren't staying in a hotel with half-board.

Perfekter Familienskitrip!
Pros:

„Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen kurzen, aber perfekten Skiurlaub mit den Kindern. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, das Chalet modern und gemütlich zugleich. Besonders toll für Familien: Man ist sofort auf der Piste und die Gastgeber sind herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!“

Moderne Apartments und Pool mit Gravierenden Mängeln
Pros:

schöner und Moderner Wellnesbereich mit großem beheiztem Pool. Gute Parkmöglichkeit in einer Garage.
Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Die sind zur Zeit völlig überfordert. Wir haben keinerlei Infos bekommen bezüglich einchecken und Öffnungszeiten bezüglich Wellness und Pool. Keine Infos im Hotel oder Zimmer über WLAn.
Der Fitnessraum war nicht auffindbar , da uns 3 Tage lang gesagt wurde, das steht alles im Aufzug. Am letzten Tag habe ich mir dann von der Managerin den Fitnessraum zeigen lassen. Sie konnte ihn zuerst auch nicht finden und dann stellte sich heraus das dieser Raum überal als Alpine Raum bezeichnet ist. Muss man wissen das der Fitnesraum in diesem Hotel Alpine Raum heist.
Keine Infos das man im Moos Hotel gegenüber auch Frühstücken kann.
Hätten uns nichr selbst versorgt und Lebensmittel mitgebracht, wenn wir das gewusst hätten.
Müll wurde 4 Tage nicht aus den Zimmern entfernt. Am 3. Tag wurden einfach nur neue Mülltüten ins Zimmer gelegt aber der Müll nicht entsorgt.
Das schlimmste sind aber die Betten. Viel zu hart und unbequem. Als ich es ansprach beim Auschecken wurde mir gleich gesagt ... ja wir wissen das schon. Die Kissen sind einfach mit Watte gefüllt.
Wir hatten ein Appartment mit einem Schlafzimmer und einer ausziehbaren Schlafcouch für unsere Teenage Kinder.
Das war das Letzte und Einfachste und Kleinste was man sich nur vorstellen kann.
Bitte mietet so ein Apartment nur zu zweit, sonst werdet ihr es bereuen.
Mein Sohn wollte schon im Wellnessbereich schlafen gehen.
Wir werden diese Unterkunft in Zukunft meiden, da es einfach unprofessionel gemanagt wird.
Ansonsten waren alle Mitarbeiter freundlich und wie gesagt der Pool ist super.
