Important information:

For all reservations on 31 December, dinner are required at the hotel restaurant.

The indoor pool is accessible to children from 4 years old between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m under parents supervision. (except July and August)

Access to the wellness area is now only available (free of charge) from 4 pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of departure.

Different cancellation and deposit policies apply to any booking of 6 rooms or more. Group bookings must have either lunch and/or dinner at least once a day during the stay. The property will contact you directly with further details.

One pet is charged EUR 50 per day.

Kids club is charged 15 euros per day from 3 to 12 from 10.30am to 5.30pm (possibility to have lunch at the restaurant with kids menu 32 euros) and opens during french school holidays.

Free shuttle to go to the village os saint Paul de Vence every day, please check schedules of shuttle with concierge desk.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Disappointing food and service at Mas de Pierre
Pros:

The setting of Mas de Pierre is fantastic. Lush gardens, quiet rooms and three pools. The domain was extended with further gardens and room as well as a spa. The rooms are quiet luxurious although our sofa in the room wasn’t clean and the shower door didn’t close.
That’s for the good part. The food and service however is poor ( i did NOT try the gastronomic restaurant since it was either closed either fully booked but we ate by the pool and at the bistro ). Service is friendly but completely inefficient. Most of the staff is very young. There seems to be a problem in the organisation of the staff. Out specific type of coffees were each morning again a challenge with the wrong coffees delivered. Upon our check-in , we waited 40 minutes for our luggage…
Food : mostly not seasoned, small card, once we got twice a warm beer, until the moment they realised that the tap was apparently overheated. One buffet night I had pasta with pesto that was just bad. Pasta largely overcooked , sauce had no taste … That is not what one expects from a Relais et Chateau …

Excellent service. Helpful and attentive staff. Beautiful views. Very clean. Great valet service.
Pros:

I especially loved the gym, the spa, the message. Also, the breakfast and dinner. Thank you Team for making us feel so special on our Honeymoon. The Team will do everything to please and assist the guests.

Nice space but incredibly rude staff. Don’t know basics of hospitality.

Amazing stay with kind staff
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at Domaine du Mas de Pierre! From the moment we stepped in the door they treated us like royalty and I truly felt welcomed. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. And the staff were there to assist with anything we could ask for. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the hotel grounds are beautiful. I will definitely be retuning to this hotel! 10/10 would recommend

Even after visiting multiple other 5 star Relais and Chateaux and FHR , I believe that this property deserves special re
Pros:

It is most amazing property that has been updated with care and quality and run exceptionally well.
Since the last year when we stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks we visited 4 other Relais and Chateaux properties ( 2 in Brittany and Normandy one in Piedmont and one in Italy ( Bergamo area)
All of them 5 stars. Also , visited 2 other FHR properties.
None of them had such an exceptional level of service as Domaine du mass di Pierre.
In addition, quality of food, presentation, quality of new spa , front Desc, and housekeeping deserve recognition.
I do believe it all comes from GM Audrey Jorge.
A year later we still compare our experience in the hotel with all other places.
Sending our daughter and son Inlaw there , all our friends to this hotel is the testament to the quality of this beautiful property.
