Pros:

Struttura semplice ma molto pulita, ottima colazione varia ed abbondante. In reception hanno anche cibo e acqua disponibili. Al momento ci sono dei lavori di ristrutturazione ma non danno fastidio.

Cons:

Gli asciugamani aggiuntivi sono in sacchi dentro all’armadio non indicati in stanza e non sempre segnalati nel momento del check in. Noi eravamo in 3 e c’era a vista 1 solo asciugamano. La reception chiude alle 23 e ho dovuto chiamare il numero delle emergenze per capire dove trovare gli asciugamani. Consiglio di segnalare bene questa cosa almeno con un biglietto in camera.

Tutto bene tranne la mancata fornitura dell'asciugamano medio.

Il servizio di dotazione degli asciugamani prevedeva la fornitura di un asciugamano grande uso doccia e un asciugamano piccolo da bidet, ma mancava l'asciugamano medio che è molto utile. Non si capisce perché non venga fornito.

Padova stay
Pros:

The staff was very kind at the arrival, the room was all right as well.
Maybe some tips for the rooms that could be improved: as there was no closing door/wall of the shower in the bathroom, after taking a shower the bathroom was full of water, that is messy and uncomfortable.The hairdryer also looked an old one, it gave a strange noise when we used it.
At the breakfast, it would be very helpful if there was gluten free oat as well (I had the gluten free toasts and muffins, I was very happy for them), only the gluten free oatflakes was missing :)
Other than this, everything was all right. Thank you!
