Staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean, good view from the room. Quiet so easy to sleep.
Room was cold even when thermostat was set to highest. No kettle in the room for tea and coffee. Breakfast buffet was ok. Eggs were overcooked.
The interior of the restaurant and the rooms is very nice. The location is convenient for work but not for leisure trips.
Attracted by the photos published online, we booked a studio for three nights. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no fika available and that the restaurant does not serve dinner, which was disappointing to learn on a Saturday afternoon. The only food option that evening was pizza, which was of rather poor quality.
The hotel also appeared understaffed. Three young and visibly inexperienced employees were covering multiple roles simultaneously, including reception, bar service, pizza preparation, and waiting tables.
The following morning, the elevators were out of order, which was inconvenient given that our room was located on the ninth floor. On Sunday, the hotel restaurant was closed entirely, with no food options available on the premises. On Monday, we were informed that the restaurant was operating with an à la carte menu, which consisted of only three or four dishes. We ultimately chose to dine at a nearby Lebanese restaurant, which offered a much wider selection.
The breakfast buffet on Sunday morning was acceptable. However, the same items (bacon, pancakes, and other hot dishes) appeared to be reheated and served repeatedly until Tuesday, by which point they were almost inedible. This was disappointing.
