I would like to come back, but it has to be better
Pros:

The room was not closed could get the heat to come on and my two lil
Kids was so cold all nigh for two days I call downstairs they kept saying somebody was coming nobody ever came. I didn’t have no towels no face towel.

Cons:

Nothing it was very uncomfortable couldn’t get the heat on my kids. Me and my wife was just cold. Temperature had dropped. Couldn’t get the heat on in the bathroom one clean it was didn’t have no towels.

Starbucks inside renaissance chicago ohare
Pros:

Wanted something strong but not a full drink. I was originally considering a latte, I prefer lighter foam strong drink.Jay took the time to talk it through with me she explained she can make it dry and she recommended a cortado instead. It was exactly what I was needing smooth, strong, and perfectly balanced I had to come back for some milk I told her it was a compliment.Really appreciated the thoughtful recommendation jay and great service!cheers!.

Short and pleasant stay
Pros:

Great experience from beginning to the end. The front desk staff was very welcoming and informative. Later at the restaurant Becky, our waitress was also vey warm and efficient. Checking out the next day was a breeze.

5/5 starts hotel stay🤩
Pros:

Convenient hotel to stay at near O’Hare airport with an excellent shuttle service. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff are friendly and efficient. I would also like to highlight that they have a full restaurant inside that serves delicious food with the most warming servers. Shout out to Becky & Nevaeh for the great serving experience!😁
