Leuk verblijf met enkele aandachtspunten
Pros:

Hotel Rezydent bevindt zich midden in Stare Miasto en dat is ideaal. Je stapt de deur uit en je bent direct in het centrum met restaurants en winkeltjes om je heen. Wij zaten in een vrij rustige kamer die niet aan de Grodszka grenst. Matras was lekker stevig en de kamer groot genoeg. Elke dag worden de handdoeken netjes verschoont. Ontbijtzaal is echt prachtig, hier zit zoveel meer potentie nog in qua restaurant!

Cons:

De kussens waren voor ons te slap, er zat weinig vulling in. Het is een oud pand waar houten vloeren in zijn verwerkt en je hoort vaak je bovenburen lopen, dus ook 's nachts. Dat is wel storend. Ontbijt is erg eentonig en niet echt uitgebreid. Ook loop je elkaar vreselijk in de weg bij het ontbijtbuffet, het is erg klein opgezet. Er is bijv. maar één koffiemachine die ook nog eens erg traag is. Mensen blijven dan wachten op de koffie en staan in de rij voor de machine maar dit blokkeert daadwerkelijk alles.
Wij hadden gelukkig - als ik de recensies lees - een kamer in het gebouw waar een lift aanwezig maar de ontbijtzaal is enkel te bereiken middels meerdere trappen. Voor mensen met een lichamelijke beperking dus niet ideaal.

Super quiet room and very clean. The staff was amazingly kind and service minded. U can't be any more near the main square center of old town Cracow with this hotel. Highly recommended!
