L'excellent emplacement ,a deux pas de la gare et en plein centre historique, proche de tout vraiment exceptionnel..

Nous avons été logés dans une annexe à côté de l'hôtel,la chambre au 2ème étage ne reflète pas les étoiles accordées ( par qui d'ailleurs ?? )ambiance austère, pas de climatisation, pas de mini bar, la douche pas très propre, pas d'ascenseur et l'escalier y menant n'a pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps, une forte mauvaise odeur vous prend dès la porte d'accès ouverte. Le petit déjeuner est servi au sous-sol de la réception,le cadre est sympathique et le buffet très basique....
Nous sommes loin des photos aguichantes de la présentation de l'hôtel....
Heureusement nous étions là pour visiter cette très belle ville, mais déçus quand même...

Tener que subir 3 pisos , esto se tiene que reflejar en antes de reservar. Tengo problemas sobre todo en las bajadas de escaleras y el olor constante a comida.

Pros:

I really enjoyed staying here. Hotel is located in the old town and you can reach every touristic spot by walking. Eveything was clean and neat. If i visit Krakow again i would stay in the same hotel.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, und das Wasserspeier auf dem Flur fanden wir sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Aussicht auf dem Innenhof wo sich das Restaurant befand und es war sehr laut bis spät in der Nacht

Krakow stay
Pros:

Breakfast was great staff very nice. Water cooler near room for easy refills. In old town.

Cons:

No air-conditioning. Was 106 day of arrival. Not hotels fault but was miserable in the room. Simple room, 2 chairs and desk.

Great location for a city break
Pros:

I travelled to Krakow for Ironman 70.3. The location to the finish line is excellent. Essentially in the main square. Easy access to transport of heading away from that area. Great location.
Spacious room, I was in the back of the property and it was very quiet especially for somewhere so close to the square.

Cons:

No Air Conditioning. Unfortunately I travelled during a very hot period. The room did have a fan but it was very warm in the room.
