It’s a four-star hotel that is verging on a five star service
Pros:

It’s a four-star hotel that is verging on a five star service. I didn’t have any issues during the check in. I am a guy and the front desk guy helped me carry my big bag to the room. Yes, they don’t greet you at the car like it happens with five star hotels. But that is expected.

Otherwise the room was great. The room service was also on time and they did a good job cleaning. We also were able to request it done at 11 am when it was convenient for us. (We did it through the front desk.)

The (extra) breakfast was nice although a little bit repetitive. But it wasn’t very expensive either.

The checkout went smooth. I can’t really complain about it. We would definitely rent a room from them again when we are back in Taipei.

房間的設計非常漂亮且實用，床和枕頭都很舒服
早餐也好吃

Cons:

有行李箱的話最好開車或搭計程車，從捷運走過去的路面不是很好拖行李，但這不是飯店的問題，飯店本身很棒

Excellent stay.
Pros:

Very good customer service.

Cons:

Location is slightly out of the way. Have to take cab or train to popular tourist spots. Not a big miss.
