Sehr schöne Außenanlage! Zimmer ok, typisch sizilianisch, relativ alt schon.
Was ich frech fand, dass man mit einem weißen Handtuch vom Bademeister angemotzt wird, dass man sich ein Liegetuch ausleihen soll ( natürlich nicht kostenlos)! Ein NoGo!
Sehr sehr leckeres Essen!!

Das Persol war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.
Sehr schöner Pool und direkter Zugang zum Meer mit guten Möglichkeiten zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln.

Bon séjour !

Séjour avec mes enfants adultes.
Magnifiques vue sur la mer et les montagnes.
Très grande chambre confortable climatisée.
Salle de bain spacieuse et pratique. Propreté impeccable.
Repas en forme de buffer de qualite.
Tout le personnel est souriant et agréable.

Par contre, la chambre n'est pas insonorisée. Donc l'animation faite par le meme chanteur tous les soirs ne peut etre appréciée a sa juste valeur.
Il vaut mieux éviter les nuitées le samedi soir et les veilles de fêtes. Le bar du port en très proche proximité est extrêmement bruyant jusqu'à tard dans la nuit.

Posto con grande potenziale al momento poco sfruttato. La zona piscina, pur disponendo di ampi spazi, non ha mai lettini e ombrelloni a sufficienza per gli ospiti. C’è una piccola parte di prato con bellissimo affaccio sul mare, destinata appunto a chi desidera fare un bagno nelle acque salate, purtroppo non curata: lettini sporchi e sigarette, piuttosto che lattine,abbandonate. Il buffet serale è abbastanza modesto e ripetitivo. La nostra camera, pur mancando di una zona dove far asciugare i teli/ costumi, era spaziosa, minimale ma ben arredata e molto pulita.

Accoglienza calorosa fin dal primo contatto! Camere spaziose, pulizia eccellente ovunque, ristorante a buffet con grande varietà di cibi di alta qualità (sia a colazione che a cena), personale professionale, efficiente, disponibile e simpatico. Ampi spazi esterni curati e vivibili, animati da una graziosa combriccola di gattini :) ! Ambiente molto rilassante. In piscina il sottofondo musicale e’ piacevole e l’animazione assolutamente non “invadente”. Non potevo aspettarmi di meglio!

Vi anlände sent på kvällen för check in. Möttes av en stank utom denna värld. Det luktade starkt av ruttna ägg i hela området.
Incheckningen tog över 30 minuter på grund av en förvirrad äldre man i receptionen som pratade oavbrutet.
Vi hade en stor fin terrass men den var väldigt smutsig och väldigt.
Tvättservice saknades trots att det stod i hotell beskrivningen.

Stranden var täckt av tång/sjögräs och gick inte att bada ifrån.

Hela vistelsen på fyra dagar stank det ruttna ägg och fiskrens i hela området och fick oss att må illa.

Det fanns inget vatten i minibaren förutom vid ankomst, då fick vi en flaska.

A scam hotel

This was without a doubt the worst hotel stay we have ever experienced. Despite being half Italian and speaking the language, our experience was abysmal. This hotel will continuously try to scam you and take your money. You are obligated to pay €100 for access to the pool club, and this is only the entrance fee. You have to pay an additional €5 for a new towel every day. We brought our dog, which cost about €30 per night, yet dogs are not allowed anywhere on the premises, making the high fee unjustified.

Furthermore, the staff lacks any sense of service. They are unhelpful and very rude. The buffet is a complete scam, charging €30 per person for some pasta. Overall, while the location is good, you can expect terrible service, constant attempts to scam you, rude staff, and bad food. I could not recommend this hotel at all. I have stayed at five-star hotels that were cheaper and provided far better service.

Lo tonnara coi suoi edifici e il baglio sono belli ma necessitano di lavori che vanno aldila' della manutenzione, va rinnovata.
La nostra camera con spazio soggiorno buono ma arredato anonimamente, camera da letto piccola anzi claustrofobica, letto stretto e corto... sicuramente non all'altezza di un Resort.
All'esterno cattivo odore di scarico fognario ... presente in tutta la zona di Bonagia.

Lady at front desk move us and upgraded us to different room that was very nice
Whole facility it’s old and tired. Even upgraded room bathroom was like from. 70 s. It’s no restaurants or shops anywhere. Place got huge potential but. It need big infusion of money. It’s more like 2 starts. Everything it’s old and worn out
