Arion Hotel Vienna Airport

Quiet hotel outside city centre, probably more suited if you have a car. Bus stops a few minutes walk, however, I used uber from central train station as I was staying 1 night. Situated beside a lake, walking trails. No restaurant at the hotel, breakfast very good. Reception staff very helpful.

There was no real person reception for late flight arrival. Huge sign posted at the front desk to call #9 for questions. Left room key in an envelope for you to pick up if your arrival is delayed or late after hours. The #9 help operator gave you wrong password for the internet and stopped answering the phone.

I was staying the night as I had a flight later in the evening the following day.

Stay was very bad. Foul smell in the washroom. AC took several minutes to turn on. No one at the service desk when we arrived. Mattresses and pillows very uncomfortable. No elevator

Good variety for breakfast.

For the price we felt this was an excellent hotel to stay at. Very clean and quiet and the breakfast was fantastic.

The add says there is a hotel airport shuttle which is why we chose it. It does not say you have to pay for it. They tried to charge ua 20 euros per person for the shuttle. The bed had hair and the walls were so thin you could hear everything next to you.

A quick stop overnight, but very impressed and pleased with our stay!

The hotel is okay, especially for those who are connected to the airport or come by car because there is a large parking lot within the hotel. The rooms may be a little smaller but everything is okay considering that everything is clean and tidy.

Room was clean, comfortable but small. Ok for one night prior to flight. Hotel offers shuttle $15 for two people.

The hotel was undergoing refurbishment and there was a bit of a mess in the foyer on arrival but the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was on the first floor but there was no elevator so had to carry heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs. The room was small but comfortable but disappointed that there was no tea and coffee making facilities. The staff allowed us to make a cup of tea in the dining room which was appreciated. The manager was most helpful when we needed euro cash to pay at a nearby restaurant and lent us €100. The shuttle bus was on time and provided a convenient ride to the airport.

Toilet button broken, lamp broken. Otherwise clean, area was quiet (tour groups not so much), easy check in.

Although the room was small, the size is good for one person and 1-2 nights. The staff is friendly and polite.

If you’re expecting 4 star hotel don’t ! It’s not ! 2 star that’s it ! Come in the evening checked in and the receptionist told me I have to carry my big luggage to the second floor ! No elevator on the left side of the building sorry ! So then she moved me in the first floor . Oh what a relief after traveling the whole day to carry your luggage up stairs ! And then the tv has a radio playing ? Service in that little lounge room / restaurant don’t expect anything a specially not English speaking person . And finally no wi-fi !!! Sorry it’s been down since well before I came to work she said at the reception ! Disaster ! My point is this is all fine and I understand people come here for a night if they are flying cuz it’s close to the airport BUT don’t advertise that you are 4 STAR hotel ! 2 stars that’s it ! And if a known the truth when I was booking my stay I would never even look ! Very misleading advertising this hotel for 4stars ! NEVER AGAIN

An average hotel with average food but again considering the categorization that is perhaps the reality. The rooms are a bit smaller but it must be admitted that they are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Perhaps the biggest plus of this hotel is that it has a large free parking lot which is good for those who come by car.
