Modernes Bad.
Vielfältiges Frühstück mit Liebe zum Detail.
Zentrale Lage, die Altstadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Fußläufig bequem vom Bahnhof aus erreichbar.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

Great place for a stay in Innsbruck. Well located by several bus routes and a short walk to the old town.

Fabulous hotel in heart of Innsbruck.
Pros:

Lovely hotel just a short and simple bus ride from the train station. Lots of thoughtful features like laundry area, spotlessly clean and natural spring water fountain , ice machine, popcorn machine with multiple flavour toppings. Walking distance to old town and furnicular. Lovely historical features. With fabulous breakfast including a good range of hot options on buffet.

Lovely Innsbruck hotel with excellent location
Pros:

Stayed here on a family ski trip in Feb 2026. Hotel has excellent location for ski bus, sightseeing of the old town, restaurants, shops etc. Immaculate historic building with fantastic friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast and wonderful food in super Irish bar next door. For snacks on the go at lunchtime there is a shop opposite or supermarket approx 4 mins walk away.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in Innsbruck! Das Zimmer war fast schon königlich eingerichtet – elegant, sehr sauber und unglaublich gemütlich. Die Lage ist perfekt, vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung!

Prima hotel met een zeer rijke historie. Kamers ingericht volgens de huidige, comfortabele standaard.
Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en de koffie is heerlijk.
Bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Het hotel is zeer goed bereikbaar vanaf de luchthaven: bus F, op een kwartiertje bent u aan het Centraal station en aldaar kan u overstappen op bus R, of gewoon van daaruit een korte wandeling maken naar het hotel.
Het hotel bevindt zich op wandelafstand van het Centraal station en alle bezienswaardigheden van de Altstadt.
Een echte aanrader.

extremely pleasant stay (third time)
Pros:

The personell were extremely friendly and helpful in several ways, despite that I must have been a very difficulr hotel guest, due to my age and balance problems. The breakfast was also superb. The only thing that I missed (on occasion) was an additional chair on the balcony- I need chairs and other objects to hang on to when moving about. Thank you very much for this stay. I'm coming back (I hope).

Very pleasant stay, wished it was longer!

Friendly welcome from Chantalle and Nadia at reception. Rooms excellent and spacious. Nice cosy feel to the Hotel and an exceptional breakfast. Hope to return!

O vacanta frumoasa petrecuta la Schwarzer Adler hotel, vom reveni!
Pros:

Micul dejun extrem de ofertant pentru toate gusturile. Hotelul bine pozitionat in apropierea centrului istoric, in zona fiind o serie de restaurante si obiective importante de vizitat. Noi am stat 7 zile pentru ski si am fost placut surprinsi sa putem merge la primele top 3 partii in clapari si cu skiurile in mana de la bus-ul care te duce la teleferic pana la hotel. Hotelul are o camera speciala unde se pot depozita skiurile/claparii si bagajele in afara check-in/out. Transportul este gratuit catre si de la partiile de ski dar destul de aglomerat intre anumite ore cand localnicii se indreapta spre job-uri.

Best service ever!
Pros:

The room was comfortable, breakfast excellent. But the service was really beyond my expectations. When I asked how to pay for public transport, within two minutes the service desk provided me with a card that allowed me to use public transport for free. And when I asked if I could have an early breakfast before opening hours, because of an early train, this immediately arranged. Schwarzenegger Adler will be my hotel for my next stay in Innsbruck.

Pros:

Het hotel bevindt zich in een prachtig gebouw met een rijke geschiedenis in het centrum van Innsbruck. Alles in de kamer was uiterst comfortabel en fijn, er is aan alles gedacht. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Het raam van mijn kamer keek uit op het binnenterras met een trap die door het personeel werd gebruikt. Het voelde een beetje gek als je het raam wilde openen (en het was nodig want het was erg warm op de kamer). Het was wel mogelijk om het raam te kantelen zodat het deels open was maar dat je niet het gevoel had dat iemand makkelijk naar binnen kon. Als ik nog een keer naar Innsbruck kom kies ik graag weer voor dit hotel.

Great place to stay in Innsbruck.
Pros:

Very nice room, comfortable bed and a nice chair to sit and relax in. The breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice. Nice spa area with saunas and steam room and no pressure to go naked if you prefer to wear swim clothes. Location is great very close to train station and city center.

Cons:

Only minor issue was that the wardrobe door did not close easily in the room as it scraped on the floor. Not a big problem but if left ofpen and light stays on.
