Attentive staff when extra pillows requested
Didn't have time for breakfast - early flight
Great lighting options in room and bathroom
Bathroom excellent
Overall decor of hotel great, old pieces of furniture mixed with modern decor.

Cons:

Didn't like the smell of the soap/bodywash, but that's a person observation.
The reception button on the in-house phone didn't work, so we had to go downstairs early morning in order to book a taxi (room 201)

Pros:

Very good location - close to the Aldstadt and Nordkette
Very nice atmosphere - lovely staff . Very clean room . Nicely furnished.
Near to some good places to eat and a supermarket opposite . Easy for public transport.

Innsbruck - tolles Hotel mit toller Aussicht auf das Bergpanorama!
Pros:

Ein perfektes Hotel in bester Lage von Innsbruck, wo die wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig wirklich schnell und leicht erreichbar sind. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse auf das Bergpanorama wie Nordkette und Patscherkofel ist wirklich einzigartig und wunderschön!

Sehr freundliches Personal
Wir bekamen ein Upgrade, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit einem sehr schönen neuen Badezimmer.
Super zentral, Günstiges Parkhaus gleich daneben
Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet im schönen Gewölbekeller

Pros:

Zimmer sehr gut.
Lage sehr gut.
Frühstück gut.
Ambiente sehr gut.

Cons:

Obwohl es ein 4-Stern Hotel ist, ist ab 22:00 kein Personal mehr anwesend.
Natürlich kommt man mit Karte immer rein, dennoch ist es im Bezug auf Sicherheit immer bedenklich.

Die Online-Buchung war verwirrend.
Ich habe emails erhalten von Booking.com "Buchung noch nicht abgeschlossen". Aber das stimmte nicht, die Buchung war abgeschlossen.
Direkter Kontakt des Hotels über Email ist notwendig.
