1.Die Freudigkeit an der Rezeption u. der Hotel Direktorin, die Zimmer sind unbeschreiblich schön u. mit allem Komfort.
ich mit 82J.habe in div. Hotels logiert von 1.Klasse, bin selbst 50J.selbst.im Gastgewerbe tätig gewesen. Das Frühstück ist unübertroffen vom Kaffee bis zum Lachs. Das Hotel lässt kein Wunsch offen! habe schon das 4. Mal den Aufenthalt dürfen geniessen, und kommen immer wieder. Wer das Hotel nicht kennt hat eine Marktlücke.

Pros:

The hotel is great overall. Has no coffee station, which is a minus for someone who loves morning coffee, but overall pretty good and clean.

Cons:

Other guests were extremely noisy in the middle of the night, and there's no reception at night to assist

Perfect Location Close to Train & Historic Centre
Pros:

Location and room was great. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes to the central part of the Historic Town. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel bar was inviting and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Pros:

The staff were amazing! Very welcoming and happy to help. The room was lovely, very clean. Easy to get to from the train station. Very easy to get to the old town from the hotel, lots of restaurants and supermarkets around.

Cons:

The bathroom had some kind of smell to it, I believe the hotel or just the room might have had some plumbing issues? It was tolerable but still not a nice thing.

Also, they charge €22 for breakfast. I think that’s a bit of an overkill but it is a very lovely hotel that probably charges more because of its stars?

Sehr schön. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Super Frühstücksbuffet im schönen Kellergewölbe. Altstadt in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Hofgarten und Hofburg quasi um die Ecke.

Great experience
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel 16-19th April. Hotel was very clean, all staff members extremely helpful and friendly. I paid extra for a room with a balcony and mountain views and definitely worth the extra cost.
All amenities are within walking distance with a great pub next door.
I never tried the food so cannot comment on that but overall the Hotel offered a great experience and look forward to rebooking next year.

The separated toilet WITH a sink
A big bath
Great space
The location was perfect 👌🏼
Really practical windows and shutters

Cons:

A mall/basic Kitchenette would have been a good use for the space
Also to provide a proper space for putting large suitcases
