The staff is extremely helpful and displays a genuine positive attitude.
Cons:

The parking is difficult with a bigger vehicle but the staff accommodates by reserving stalls specifically for bigger vehicles.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, and friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Location is great and accessible to all major roads and neighborhoods. Check in and check out process was seamless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was great, exactly what you would expect of a good hotel room.

Excellent service and location.
Pros:

Check in and check out process was very smooth and hassle free. Great coffee machine, community space, super clean and nicely furnished room etc. The entire property felt very well lit and airy.

Cons:

Parking space could be slightly bigger, also presence of a microwave in the room will be highly appreciated, as in the off season many restaurants close sooner or are closed, it will be easier to heat up ready to eat meals if needed.

Pros:

Staying in Canmore instead of Banff was the right decision. We liked the town, 20min driving from Banff. Lodge was a great find. Would stay there again. Clean rooms, nice staff and free parking

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit small.

We just stayed for 2 nights, we were pleasantly surprised. We loved your staff ❤️
Pros:

Ease of check in and check out
Nicely appointed room
Room temperature and cleanliness were good
Free coffee on our floor, lots of choices. Toaster, microwave and ice machine
Nice common areas, gathering spaces
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Parking was a bit tight and tricky at certain times but Canmore in general is tough regarding parking. My Mazda CX5 was fine but the Suburban only fit out front.

Dissapointed
Pros:

I like thaynit was xlose to main street and other ammenities and eaaily accessible

Cons:

I it literally righ on the train line. I got in after my work event late and hear 3 trains go by and whay really was sad was i ran out of ‘hot’ water. At 9:45/10pm ?! I was in the shower for no more than 10m, it was warm to start but i put it to thw hottwst setting and before i could even start washing my hair the water was cold. Really a downer to a long hard day that i couldnt enjoy a HOT shower.
