整體來說是一次舒適愉快的住宿體驗，之後若有機會還會選擇這裡。
Pros:

櫃檯員工很親切熱心，地點還算方便，要到熱鬧的小鎮、公車站、機場巴士接駁點，以及local tour集合點都可以走路到的。

Cons:

會聽到火車經過的聲音稍吵，還好頻率不高也不至於到太晚。

Good base for exploring Canmore and parks nearby
Pros:

Nice location near the centre of Canmore. Very friendly staff and well-equipped, clean rooms. WiFi works very fast. Ample parking available and everything you could possibly need is close by. Hotel is close to Banff and other very nice places to visit. Check-in happens through an app with a code that is shared electronically.

Cons:

Hotel does not have any breakfast options, although there is a bakery nextdoor with excellent bagels. Rooms are not cleaned during the stay, only when staying four days or more.

Do not book if you’re a light sleeper
Pros:

One of the staff members (male staff) was lovely. Room was clean.

Cons:

My room was literally right next to the train which ran all night. I woke up every hour or so and barely slept. I was extremely thankful I was only staying two nights. It was awful and I can’t recommend staying here. Air conditioning was also very loud.

Cons:

Air conditioneren i værelset støjede utrolig meget. Selvom man kan få udleveret ørepropper, så var der konstant støj, hvilket betød, at jeg sov meget let og ikke fik slappet af om natten.

Great to stay one or two days
Pros:

They have a sauna and a cozy shared space with sofas and a fire place.

Cons:

The location between the street and the train tracks makes it a bit noisy.
Also, somewhere was a data leakage, so that scammers tried to reach out to me 3 times regarding this booking via whatsapp.

Nice quality lodge
Pros:

Having a fireplace in the room to come back to was really nice!. We liked using the sauna after a long day of hiking in the cold. The night manager had been very welcoming and helpful during our short stay. Wished the windows had better sound insulation. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Cons:

I stayed in the deluxe queen room overlooking the train tracks. Noise from passing trains throughout the night made it hard to sleep soundly.

My stay was pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

The room was cozy and clean. I liked the scenic painting as well. The soap, and shampoo was pleasant too. I would have liked it if they had tea in the room.

Cons:

The only thing I thought might be a problem was the train noise but it ended up not bothering me at all. I think I was so tired after all the hiking.
