Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. Parking on site was helpful. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room was directly beside the train and we were woken up every 2 hours so slept horribly. Were only provided earplugs that are unsafe to sleep in and were not informed about them upon arrival or in pre arrival communications. In the morning, a cleaner walked into the room without knocking 45 minutes before the identified check out time, clearly disregarding the do not disturb sign on the door. My guest was only partially clothed so this was unacceptable.

The environment was good and relaxing to be in. The staff was understanding and was able to help with a couple of situations that came up for me.

A normal option for an overnight stay
Pros:

Good price and location, the staff at the entrance was friendly

Cons:

My room was given a quick tidy-up, but there were still some hairs from previous guests. The sink was broken and there was a bit of a musty smell, but considering the price, it’s a pretty standard deal if you’re just passing through and don’t want to spend too much time in the hotel.
