Centralt hotell med supertrevlig personal
Pros:

Mitt i centrala Västerås, nära till allt. Personalen var jättetrevlig, särskilt i receptionen och restaurangen, otroligt tillmötesgående och serviceminded! Så trevligt att bli igenkänd som gäst och få personlig service – känns familjärt trots att hotellet är stort och det var väldigt många gäster i omlopp. Kan verkligen rekommendera maten på restaurangen, åt 2 middagar där, mycket gott.
Stor härlig frukostbuffé – inklusive stora koppar (viktigt för oss 😌). Rummet var stort och rymligt, sköna sängar, tyst på natten. Fräscht badrum.
Trevlig skybar att ta en drink och beundra utsikten ifrån. Skönt att avsluta dagen med gratis bastu på 25:e våningen. Sky spa på 23:e vån (ej gratis) var mindre imponerande. Lite omständligt att behöva åka hiss upp till 25:an för ombyte och sedan ner till relaxavdelningen på 23:an. Där finns 2 bastuvarianter och relaxstolar och fin utsikt. Vi hade tur, var nästan ensamma där på söndag morgon vilket var skönt. På fredag eftermiddag var det packat med folk och det hade jag inte uppskattat. Känns lite underdimensionerat för det.

Cons:

Det enda vi reagerade på var de slitna heltäckningsmattorna i korridor och rum. Känns futtigt att anmärka på men de drar ner helhetsintrycket tyvärr.
