Det var krångligt med parkering, att köra in var bra. Sedan började krånglet. Att åka upp med bagage, ok. Att åka ner till bilen var en upplevelse. I receptionen fick vi en kod, tack för det! I hissen står det då att det är för BW hotellgäster. När jag frågade i receptionen om det räckte med koden för att komma ner till vår bil med bagage så fick jag till svar att koden fick absolut inte lämnas ut. Då gjorde jag så att jag gick till hissen vid ica, slog in koden som jag fick i receptionen av er. Gick utmärkt, samt att det står att det är för BW hotel gäster. Vad gäller numera hos er? Vi har ju bott många ggr och väldigt nöjda kunder, nu har väl det blivit något fel iaf. Vi körde koden som vi fick av en klok personal så vi kom ner och checkade ut ur garaget utan problem. Det finns flera hotell att bo på, jag träffade på fler som inte fattade någonting, släppte in dom i garaget så de kunde hämta ut och packa sin bil. Så, vi är i stort sett nöjda, men ni måste bli bättre på att lösa detta. Om nu koden är hemlig som en tös sa till oss så söker vi oss till annat boende i v-ås. Tack för oss! K&K Söderqvist

Cons:

Det ända vi kan ha åsikter om var att vi fick utsikt ner till hotell lobbyn men å andra sidan var det så dimmigt ute så vi hade inte sett så mycket i alla fall.

Gymmet. Saknade utrymme för fria vikter (fanns ett mindre utbud men det rummet var dessutom bokad av grupp). Kvar fanns bara Milo-maskiner som är krångliga tyvärr
