I gave it 5 and not zero because the managers did their best to assist with air conditioning situation. I am thankful for that. They find a room that eventually worked for us

Cons:

The receptionist, a young man, came across as unfriendly and somewhat irritated during our check-in. He did not smile, make eye contact, or offer a welcoming attitude. First impressions matter, and unfortunately our arrival experience did not reflect the level of hospitality we would expect from a hotel of this standard.

The breakfast area felt quite crowded, with the tables placed very close together. This made it difficult to have a private conversation or enjoy the meal comfortably. Increasing the spacing between tables, where possible, would greatly improve the dining experience.

Thoughtful hospitality, efficient service, and a convenient location for exploring Prague.
Pros:

We were extremely pleased to be upgraded to a Junior Suite by Mr. Ghalib. Having arrived well before the official check-in time, it was a wonderful surprise to find our room ready upon arrival.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a tram station, making it easy to explore the beautiful city of Prague. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious and well-appointed.

A particularly thoughtful touch was the assortment of nuts and chocolates placed by the bedside on our first evening. The concierge service was also highly efficient and responsive throughout our stay.

Overall, an excellent experience, and we would be delighted to stay here again.

Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir. Konumu çok iyi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Radisson kalitesini taşıyor.
Pros:

Özellikle konumu müthiş. Bir çok yere yürüme mesafesinde. O konuda çok memnun kaldık. Odaların, yatak ve yastıkların temizliği kusursuzdu.

Cons:

Sadece odamızdaki klima çok gürültülü çalışıyordu ve otomatik modda olduğu için müdahale edilemiyordu. Belki bizim odamızdakinde bir sorun vardı bilemiyorum.

I had a wonderful stay! 100%!
Pros:

The cleanliness is excellent! I don’t know if it is a Prague thing, but they cleaned our room 2x a day!!!! Which is very unusual for a hotel. Everything is tidy, the staff are friendly!!! The photos in the internet don’t do justice to the actual room!

Enjoyable. Prague is beautiful.

Cons:

Room was a little tired looking. Strange expanding type of creaking / cracking noise, in the morning especially. Excessively expensive mini bar.
