Radisson Blu Hotel, Prague

Lovely hotel in a great location. Warm welcome at check in, and acknowledgement of membership. Martin at the restaurant is a star, always ready with a smile and a beer. Room was very clean and spacious, with great amenities. Very comfortable bed and a great shower, which are the two main things when staying in a hotel.

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Prague for my first anniversary with my partner, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the brand's reputation.
While the initial welcome at the hotel was good, everything else was a letdown. A few days before arrival, I used their Oaky system to request a special surprise for our anniversary and a late check-out. I never received a confirmation, and upon arrival, neither request was fulfilled. It’s very disappointing when a hotel ignores a guest's special occasion.
The room itself was not up to standard: there was dust on the lamps, the air conditioning made the air difficult to breathe, and the carpet was visibly stained, which was quite disgusting.
Furthermore, housekeeping was poor. We found a large cake with cream and fruit in the room as a welcoming surprise; since we couldn't finish it, we expected it to be removed during the morning cleaning. Instead, it stayed there for two days. While we didn't explicitly ask for it to be taken away, it should be common sense to remove perishable food.
Because of the lack of attention to detail and the poor hygiene, I will not be returning.

Best Hotel for a family with 4 members best room , best breakfast, location between old and new city

Amazing experience, very nice place with huge rooms, very close to the city center, we stayed for two nights and received an amazing service on front desk from Nini and Nick. 10/10 would recommend!

Found both "Ladies" at the front desk rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. What happened to manners?

Dreary, budget friendly hotel. Rooms were dark and had 1 plug for electronics. Restaurant buffet was ok. Bar didn't open until 4:00 pm so we didn't use. Rooms were clean. Hotel is located 20 minutes by foot to Old Town Square. Front desk staff not very accommodating.

The front desk staff went far and beyond to help us finding a room with a walk in shower. Ghalib and Martina did their best. They were very nice and friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is 18 minutes walk from the plaza and old Prague. You can also take the tram 2 blocks from the hotel. I will highly recommend it.

This hotel is located away from the tourist-clogged areas; although it is on a busy street, it was quiet inside. Our room was nice, but the pendant lights near the bed always were in the way, and the HVAC controls were not very easy to understand.

It was nice, the location of the hotel is little bit far, but overall all it’s very good.

The location is acceptable but not ideal, and overall the stay was disappointing. As premium guests who frequently stay at Radisson Blu hotels, this experience was far from the standard we are used to. The room felt old and poorly maintained — I found hair from previous guests, coffee stains on the carpet, visible dust, and even spider webs. The room was also very small with limited storage space, making it uncomfortable for more than a short stay. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet Radisson Blu’s usual quality.

had a 2-night stay and really loved the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, and quiet. The bed and shower were standouts and the bed was super comfy, even provided an excellent blow dryer in the room, which was appreciated. While it's not in the heart of the Old Town, it's only about a 12-minute walk to the Astronomical Clock, which is no biggie deal considering how much more you get for your money staying here. I love Prague and will be back, and when I do, I will 100% be staying here again

Nice hotel close to the center, professional staff, especially the front office showing us all directions and recommendations

It’s beeen almost a year since our visit but want to highlight the service of front desk Nini was so helpful, rooms are cozy and comfortable location of the hotel is amazing reaching everything within 15-20 min 👀❤️✨

I had a great stay at Radisson Blu in Prague while traveling for business. My room (506) was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Loved the bathroom! The gym was well equipped, and the breakfast excellent with plenty of choice. Above all, the staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you very much for the late check-out! Highly recommended.
