Pros:

The staff was very professional. The bed was comfortable. It was in walking distance of restaurants.

Cons:

There were no cups for drinking in the room. There was no water in the vending machines. There was quite a bit of hair in the shower and in the toilet area. We did express this to the office at check out and were told someone would be giving us a call or some sort of communication which did not happen

Pros:

The location seemed far from my usual trek. Once in I was a bit tired, the person didn’t give a warm greeting and just told me that my check out was at 11 on day one of a two day trip! I was upset and I didn’t get do not disturb for my door. It was clean smelling of bleach, The maid didn’t come the two days but decided to barge in on me on last day at 8:30am. I walked around mostly the little area around the hotel which I got coffee from 711.
wish I got a better dinner I went to crafty because I wanted duck potatoes.

Bed was comfortable; shower had hot water, but varying pressure.
Pros:

Bed was firm.
A/c had continuous fan option which is better for sleeping rather than cycling on and off.
Refrigerator had been turned on so it was ready for use.
Had 2 chairs.
Got fresh towels and garbage cleaned daily.

Cons:

Had hot water, but shower pressure kept changing.
Some mildew in corners of shower.
Bed skirt was metal so when we stubbed our toe on it, it would gong.
Pets were allowed and dogs would bark.
Had coffee but no tea.

It is now July 9, and I still haven't received the refund; I have written to the hotel repeatedly, but there has been no response—just total silence. Incidentally, the listing stated that taxes and fees were included, and there was no mention of any additional charges; I didn't argue the point at the time, as I’ve encountered this sort of thing before. I’m currently on a mini-tour of the US and have visited other cities where refunds were processed ages ago, yet here—absolutely nothing.

Great Hotel, Freshly remodled
Pros:

We had a great experience at the Mission Inn! The newly remodeled rooms felt modern and clean. Great value for the location, very close to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be booking again.
