No elevator, there's so many stairs
I put off writing this review for a long time, hoping I wouldn't have to leave negative feedback, but I’ve lost hope now. I stayed at this hotel on the night of June 25–26; there were no issues with the room itself, but I was asked to pay a $100 deposit with the assurance that it would be refunded immediately upon checkout. It is now July 9, and I still haven't received the refund; I have written to the hotel repeatedly, but there has been no response—just total silence. Incidentally, the listing stated that taxes and fees were included, and there was no mention of any additional charges; I didn't argue the point at the time, as I’ve encountered this sort of thing before. I’m currently on a mini-tour of the US and have visited other cities where refunds were processed ages ago, yet here—absolutely nothing.

We had a great experience at the Mission Inn! The newly remodeled rooms felt modern and clean. Great value for the location, very close to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be booking again.

The location was near restaurants and other hotels.
The bed creaked when I moved so it was noisy. There was a very loud group of people that didn’t quiet down until after midnight.

What a nice stay!
The lady (forgot her name but had a cute little dog with a ‘Security’ t-shirt in!!) that welcomed us made us feel like we were family.
Our room was upstairs. Clean, comfortable and NICE LARGE SHOWER!

Great location to downtown. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Ample parking.
While I’m sure it is a one-off, our bathroom was still visibly soiled when we checked-in. However, the staff made sure to immediately ameliorate the issue once notified.
