Met our expectations. Close enough to town center.

Hotel is newly remodeled. Everything was very new and modern.

Pros:

Truly everything I needed from a hotel for a quick weekend getaway in slo. Excellent location close to everything and extremely clean. The staff was also excellent, I had a complication with my booking and they resolved it so quickly and so easily. Would definitely stay here again

Ideal place to rest and to walk around an attractive, historical town.
Pros:

A comfortable stay in a friendly hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, great shower and plenty of parking. Easy walk into town-shops and restaurants. Historical town. We had so much help from Itzel with a couple of questions, and she was courteous and patient. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you!

Sharp interiors
Pros:

This newly renovated hotel is located at the end of downtown SLO and in a very quiet area. Close to San Luis Obispo Tech University.
It is very clean with simple but great ambiance.

Pros:

Good location. Rooms have just been remodeled.

Cons:

TV not set up and no instructions on how to use remote. Rooms are small. No dresser or place to put clothes. No place to use coffee maker. Shower did not drain, stood in water to use it, complained but didn't fix it.

Pros:

The metal around thebed kept making noise even if you changed positions in bed. I can hear the neiboring rooms voices and tv's is there inzulation in the walls? nothing is sound proof. change the shampoo conditor to the ztuff they have at SANDS INN.
