The human touch from the staff. Maryam and farah at the front desk are exceptionall. Ahmed dakeoruy at the restaurant is extremely good an nice. Mahmood the duty manager is wonderful and really really nice. This guys made me feel at home

Cons:

More variety for breakfast. And I suggest they put water dispenser during lunch and dinner at the restaurant
