Pleasant stay as always.
Pros:

I have been staying at Novotel during every visit to Cairo for the past three years. The staff is exceptionally polite and supportive. Ali and Farah went above and beyond to assist me during a particularly challenging time. I sincerely appreciate their efforts, along with the outstanding service provided by the entire team.

Cons:

My room was on the 5th floor, and there was some faint equipment noise, likely from the AC unit above, but it was tolerable.

Zimmer muffig, hat sehr unangenehm gerochen
Frühstück war leider auch wirklich nicht gut. Da das eigentlich die Zwei Hauptkriterien auf Dienstreisen sind, war es eher eine Enttäuschung - vorallem für 140€ die die Nacht.

It’s a good hotel for a decent price with an average breakfast.
Pros:

I liked that everyone did their best for a good service and they were always super kind - the security, the bellboys (especially Mr. Ahmed El Tayar), the reception and the restaurant. And they always offered a smile and kindness. Great club sandwich by the way!

Cons:

The rooms never got cooler than 20 degrees. The breakfast was pretty disappointing. Also, the glasses in my bathroom were ‘packed as if new’, but they were dirty. I didn’t tell anything to the reception as there was no point - I’d simply have expected the glasses to be clean and not re-used from someone else, but okay - a small detail.

yemekler güzel ve lezzetliydi, gayet temiz buldum. odalar da temizdi. personel çok iyi ve kibar davrandı. oda görevlileri çok yardımseverdi. bir su istedi fazlasıyla verdiler. böyle bir hizmeti türkiye'de bulmak bile zordur. gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. herkese çok teşekkür ederim.

Cons:

bazı yemekler özellikle köfte ve tavuklar baharatlı olduğu için kokuyor, bir de az pişmiş oluyordu. bakteri kaparım diye korktum ve onları yemedim. belki bu konuda daha dikkatli olurlar. onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi.
