Cleanliness
6.2
Multiple reviews call out poor cleanliness (dirty dishwasher, rooms not properly cleaned) though a few guests mention clean areas; overall cleanliness is below expectations and needs improvement.
Service
9.7
Service is repeatedly praised — friendly, helpful reception and restaurant staff, fast service — though one review strongly criticized staff behavior; overall staff performance is a major positive.
Location
9.8
Very strong and consistent positive feedback: prime location with Nile views and opposite the Nile promenade; location is a standout feature.
Room Quality
6.2
Frequent complaints about outdated rooms and furniture, very old building elements, and unpleasantly soft mattresses; guests recommend renovation and replacement of beds.
Amenities
9.6
Pool area and many public amenities receive positive mentions (clean pool, good restaurant/coffee service). Some facilities are noted as old, but overall amenities are regarded positively by many guests.
Value for Money
9.6
Mixed comments on suitability for different guest types, but many guests highlight location and service as strong value drivers; elevated score reflects perceived value from location and staff despite dated rooms.
Food and Beverage
9.7
Restaurant and breakfast are frequently praised (some guests called the food excellent); a few criticisms of the buffet exist, but overall F&B sentiment is highly positive.
Overall Experience
9.6
Overall impression is positive driven by excellent location and staff; however persistent issues with cleanliness and room condition temper the experience for some guests.
