Classy.
Pros:

Breakfast was great.
Staff of course always supportive.
Room size wonderful.
The Nile View was super.

Friendly staff, but poor cleanliness, outdated rooms, and a very disappointing overall experience.

Staff are good and friendly

Cons:

The cleanliness was far below expectations. The room was not properly cleaned, and the furniture and interior are extremely old and urgently need renovation. We also opened the dishwasher once and immediately closed it without using it because it was extremely dirty. It was shocking to see something in that condition.

Another strange experience was when we called reception to ask for a few tea bags. Since we were a large family staying in a three-bedroom apartment, they sent an employee with the tea. However, when we tried to take the tea at the door, he insisted on entering the apartment to place it himself. It was a very odd policy and honestly the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this in any hotel around the world.

Pros:

The overall experience during my stay is very nice. The hotel management team and housekeeping staff were very cooperative. Mahmoud Abdelaziz and Hager made sure that my stay is comfortable and pleasant.
