Beautiful and ideally located historic stay
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable, beautifully appointed and a great location. There was a tranquil courtyard where one could relax away from the noise and crowds that is Prague in the summertime. The room had everything needed with ample water, tea, coffee and other drinks provided. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. There was a sauna available 24-7 and one of the best massages could be booked through reception.

Cons:

Having driven, parking in front of the hotel is limited to one space. It was difficult to both unload and load during check-in and check-out. Also the only option provided for parking for the hotel was valet which was not cheap. Was able to find a paid parking space close by for the entire visit using MrParkIt app which is a space rental app that private individuals use to rent out their personal parking spaces in buildings around Prague. Better deal than valet and the one we found was close by to the hotel.

Would absolutely stay again for all the above reasons…….love the feel of a more private hotel
Pros:

Personable smaller hotel in a beautiful location close to and with views of The Prague Castle and in part The Charles Bridge.

Large beautifully decorated freshly renovated rooms.

Privately owned and this showed in the hotel’s friendly helpful staff and overall presentation.

Allan,as Concierge,was hugely helpful in all respects.

Cons:

Response time from staff and confusion. The response time sometimes took 48 hours and I paid for breakfast and the people that I gave it to as a gift also had to pay that’s unacceptable and I need a refund despite the fact that you approved adding breakfast.

Pracht lokatie, maar wel wat verbeteringen nodig om echt 5 sterren te verdienen
Pros:

De locatie aan de rivier dicht bij de Karelsbrug is prachtig. Verder zijn de kamers goed schoon, ondanks dat alles wel aan een update toe is.
Het personeel is vriendelijk en in het algemeen service gericht.

Cons:

In onze slaapkamer ontbrak een goed gordijn, waardoor het in de ochtend al voor vijf uur licht was in de slaapkamer. Dit aangegeven, maar is ondanks toezegging dat ze er iets aan zouden doen niks mee gebeurd. Uiteindelijk zijn we na de tweede nacht naar een andere kamer omgeboekt.
Het ontbijt was een buffet en een deel a la carte. Naar mijn mening is ontbijt wat karig en niet van een niveau dat je van een vijfsterrenhotel hotel mag verwachten.
Alles bij elkaar betaal je bij dit hotel met name voor de lokatie die uitstekend is. Accor heeft grote plannen met dit hotel, maar een renovatie van het pand is wel noodzakelijk.

I’d recommend this hotel!
Pros:

The location was fabulous! We had a lovely view of the river and the room was spacious. Breakfast was great. The staff was helpful.

Zimmer und Lage sehr gut, der Empfang war auch in Ordnung

Das Bad war sehr schön und das getrennte WC war sehr gut

Cons:

Der Service vom Personal beim Frühstück war sehr schlecht und die Mitarbeiter hatten keine Lust
Der Teppich war dreckig und es wurde nicht abgeräumt oder nachgefragt!

Le positionnement de l'hotel est indéniablement un atout pour visiter Prague !

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi soir et sommes allés directement diner au restaurant avec ma compagne. Nous ne savions pas que la cuisine était fermé à 21h30 donc nous n'avons pas pu prendre un dessert. Dommage !
En parallèle, nous avions signalé chaque matin que tuyau de douche fuyait dans la baignoire. Aucune réparation n'a été effectué, ce qui est un peu agaçant quand chaque matin, le standard vous indique que le technicien viendra réparer pendant la journée.
