Mässig zufrieden, für die Sterne habe ich mehr erwartet. Die tolle Lage hat es dann kompensiert.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage, sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Extrem schlechter Frühstück Früchte/ Gemüse „verwelkt „ ( wurden nicht gekühlt). Brötli steinhart, nur das Brot zum abschneiden sehr lecker und frisch. Süssware ok.
In Badezimmer konnte man die Duschbrause nicht benutzen, war kaputt.

Lovely hotel great location
Pros:

Had a lovely stay at the Mozart prague, on arrival a small hiccup but swiftly dealt with without any fuss. As an All Accor Gold member received great service and a lovely touch leaving a bottle of white wine in our room as a welcome. Thank you this was very well received and appreciated, was lovely. The hotel is nicely located very central and allowed us to explore the local sites and Prague old town with ease. Food and drinks at the hotel very nice and we enjoyed our stay so much looking to visit again next year.

Amazing Hotel friendly amazing staff
Pros:

Great location, atmosphere was amazing very welcoming everyone asks if you’re ok and wants to help! The rooms were clean tidy and great views !! Great value great breakfast.
Staff recommended places to go which was very helpful!! Definitely recommend and definitely come back.

A perfect place to stay

What did we like? Everything! The staff were superb, the room was beautiful (and we had been upgraded to a River View room overlooking stunning scenery)Little touches like Rituals toiletries, a Nespresso coffee machine and a fabulous double bath made it a very special city break. The location is second to none with the Charles Bridge, the Clock, the main squares and all the local shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Just a wonderful stay! Thank you
