Pros:

Very nice and clean , workers was nice

Cons:

The parking .. paid for parking at the hotel and when made it back in from an outing all the parking spaces were took up . I don’t think they should charge for parking to be honest

Pros:

I like the size of our suite. It was very spacious.

Cons:

The toilet was clogged and they didn’t have maintenance on-call. We had to pack all of our belongings and get a new room which was half the size of what we originally booked. I was supposed to get a discount on our charge but didn’t see anything on the receipt that was emailed.

Was impressed by not only the staff, but the rooms were nice and clean, and breakfast was very good!

Très bon hôtel très propre
Pros:

L’hôtel est tout proche de Broadway à pied et dispose d’un grand parking. Nous voyageons à travers les USA depuis 3 semaines et c’est l’hôtel le plus propre dans lequel nous avons dormi. Tout est impeccable. Un grand merci à Jada à la réception pour son sourire, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

Cons:

Certaines personnes se permettent de se baigner dans la piscine en short et T-shirt car elles n’ont pas de maillot de bain. C’est dégoûtant et ça ne donne pas envie d’aller se baigner.

Pros:

The location downtown was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was perfect. Very accommodating for room location request.

Could use a larger garbage can in the kitchen area.
