Cons:

Waited a long time to get checked in to room. Had to keep asking at the desk if the room was ready. Felt like the desk staff ignored us. We had reservations and wanted to freshen up and change clothes before going. Check in was NOT 4pm!!!

The staff was nice, it was clean, it was just chaotic checking in.
Pros:

It was clean and looked newish inside. The room was great.

Cons:

The location was a bit sketchy. There were homeless people, beggars, and it was hard to get in and out.

There were issues with getting into the garage to park. The gate wouldn’t open for several people and the assistance button wasn’t working well. We kept having to go back inside to get help.

Empfehlenswert - Personal war top (Jada)
Pros:

Das Personal, vor allem Jada, war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei einem Ereignis bzgl. Automietung geholfen. Die Ausstattung und das Zimmer waren top.
Wir konnten das Zimmer aufgrund des Lärms problemlos austauschen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider nicht vielfältig, vor allem Früchte und auch das Brot

Best shower ever
Pros:

We have stayed a lot of places in Nahville, but this is one of our favorites. It was a good location, but the room was gorgeous and laid out so well. The kitchen was perfect and included smart seating. The sitting/living room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was exactly what we needed for a good night's sleep. The tv swiveled to be seen in the living or bedroom. The bathroom and closets were great. The shower was one of the best I've ever been in.

Cons:

It was expensive but worth it. The breakfast was not great and there weren't a lot of options for coffee. There was a lot of noise late at night, but the bed was so nice, we were able to sleep through some of it.

Pros:

The room layout. The beds and the bathroom. We didn’t use the kitchen, but the coffee pot was disgusting.

Cons:

The parking and not a lot of options for those with celiac needing gluten-free food.
