Air Conditioner didnt work and the room was stuck at 76 degrees. I was on the 4th floor and the entire floor smelled like marijuana smoke. When I checked out to leave, my room was charged $700 ($350 x2) for a “smoking fee” and when I spoke with management at the front desk, she told me my only option was to dispute the charges on my credit card. She then asked why I didnt report the smell of marijuana to the front desk and my answer was simple, its not my job to find out who is smoking. She couldn’t help and I don’t even smoke. I will never stay at another Hyatt again.

Great location to many downtown venues we would stay there again.
Pros:

Hotel had nice decor, public space was clean and location.

Cons:

The shower in room 311 (our room) needed some detailed cleaning. It looked like mold was growing at the base of the shower.

Pros:

It was ok hotel, the beds were alright and rooms where large.

Cons:

The air conditioning was loud, it was especially annoying during the night. Breakfast was not good. It had eggs but nothing fresh like cheese, tomatoes or other vegetables. Bread was not fresh (just cheap sandwich bread). And floors were not cleaned for the whole stay (5 nights).
