De prijs - kwaliteit verhouding echt heel erg uit verhouding. Veel geld voor wat je krijgt. Oude badkamer, opzich schoon, maar niet wat je verwacht.

Pros:

De ontvangst aan de balie, erg vriendelijk welkom geheten, de snackcorner( 24 uur ter beschikking) , het veilige parkeren en het heerlijke uitgebreid, vers ontbijt.
Leuk en gezellig Tirols familie hotel.
Echt voor herhaling vatbaar!

Good location to visit Innsbruck

Cons:

It was very hot and no air con in the room. No restaurant in the hotel for evening meal. Local restaurant nearby, which was very nice, but wasn’t open on a Saturday night, so nowhere local to eat unless you went to the local pizzeria

Pros:

O hotel é antigo mas muito limpo e confortável. O café da manhã é sensacional. A localização é ótima, perto de Innsbruck, que era nosso objetivo de visita.

Cons:

Falta um ar condicionado ou ventilador, com o verão europeu desse ano, passamos muito calor.

La cercanía de Innsbruck

Cons:

Es una lástima que este hotel esté en las condiciones de servicios que brinda en la actualidad a sus huéspedes, siendo supuestamente de 4 estrellas. No lo pregunté pero me imagino que este hotel lo fundó un emprendedor hotelero que ya no está y sus sucesores no han calibrado la oportunidad que brinda el emplazamiento del hotel en un población Zirl cercana a Innsbruck. No es de recibo que no tenga servicio un hotel de estas estrellas de comidas y cenas y room service, aunque por otro lado ofrece un extenso y bueno desayuno. Hace daño a los ojos ver máquinas expendedoras de bebidas, bocadillos etc.. para poder comer algo una noche. De hecho vienen muchos motoristas en ruta y no pueden tener una comida caliente a su llegada después de una larga excursión. De hecho tiene toda la infraestructura de un gran comedor que solo se utiliza para desayunos.
Hace falta un Bussines Plan para reformar el hotel que tiene grandes posibilidades, incluso externalizar el servicio del comedor a un tercero como viabilidad de negocio, ya que de lo contrario el negocio morirá a corto plazo. También será necesario a corto plazo dotar al hotel de un sistema de climatización ya que hace mucha calor también en el Tirol estos meses al igual que en muchas otras zonas de Europa.
En resumen vistos los acabados de las instalaciones que deben ser de los 70-80, aunque tiene un ala más modernizada, se hace necesario invertir en este hotel o traspasarlo a corto plazo.
A comentar la facilidad de aparcamiento ya que tiene muchas zonas.
El personal amable y te das cuenta que hace años que trabaja para la familia dueña del hotel por su compromiso.
Lo mejor que le podría pasar a la dueña es que sus hijos o nietos tomen el relevo del mismo y le cambien el concepto.
El hotel tiene grandes grandes posibilidades, pero no se le puede decir al cliente que como no se encuentra un chef con compromiso no se pueden dar comidas, existen muchas otras posibilidades.
