Excelente alojamiento cerca del aeropuerto
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, en especial la comodidad de la cama y el tamaño de la habitación. Nuestra estancia fue muy cómoda. Buen servicio en general, el personal nos aclaró dudas y nos ayudó con algunos requerimientos. Lo elegimos por su cercanía al aeropuerto, a solo 10 minutos en Uber, lo que fue perfecto para nuestro vuelo de madrugada.

Cons:

Las instalaciones del baño eran buenas, pero la puerta que tenía no fue la más cómoda para nosotros porque no ofrecía tanta privacidad como hubiéramos querido. El barrio es tranquilo, pero los medios de transporte no quedan tan cerca. En un día normal no hay problema para caminar, pero para la llegada con maletas puede ser más complicado.
No sabíamos que había que solicitar el servicio de limpieza con antelación, nos enteramos estando allá, así que no hicieron el aseo a nuestra habitación, podrían mandar esa información con antelación.

Slechte reviews zijn misleidend.
Pros:

Prima hotel,schoon, zowel Engels als Nederlands sprekend personeel. ( Niet gek in de metropool Amsterdam en het staat trouwens ook op hun website) Mooi dat je kunt aangeven of je je kamer wilt laten verzorgen als je langer dan 1 nacht verblijft. Prima prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Als je wat eerder incheckt kost dat 5 euro per uur. Ontbijt was erg goed.

Cons:

Kamer was en bleef erg warm.

Unfair condition
Pros:

Good breakfast.

Cons:

Huge noise in building due construction. Nobody inform us in advance about it.
Problematic elevator (one out of order). Expensive parking 25€/day.

Magnifique petit déjeuner, le personnel était très gentil et disponible

Cons:

Le Checkout à 11h trop tôt et un peu éloigné des transports, mais en 15 minutes en Uber du centre-ville

Cold, and only to be used short for the summertime. Only English spoken.
Pros:

checkin went OK but all communication is in Englisch. So this hotel is not for NON-english speaking people.
Check-out went well. Bed was good. Shower also OK.

Cons:

The room was cold, and stayed, although it was reported to the reception. THE RECEPTION PERSONS LAUGHED ABOUT OUR REMARK ON THE COLD ROOM. We were not taken serious. SO NOT BOOKING OR THIS HOTEL AGAIN !
Wireless Internet nog very good. The room was not very clean.

Great hotel out of the city, but with good links to Centraal Station.
Pros:

It was a comfortable room. We had a twin room which was only because we booked last minute and was all that was available at our budget, but it was really nice. We had dinner one night in the hotel and it was really tasty. It's quite a way out of the city, but the number 2 tram stop is close by and a really scenic ride.

Cons:

I think the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. I think breakfast was very overpriced, but there is a Spar just a minute away and you can get hot, fresh snacks in there for far less.

De kamer was niet goed schoon en uitgeleefd. De bedden zijn heel broeierig. Bij iets eerder inchecken moet je €5 extra betalen of wachten. Bouw geluiden in het hotel, dit was vooraf niet gecommuniceerd

Disaster
Pros:

Breakfast was OK

Cons:

There was construction work and the hotel floors looked like murder scenes - wrapped in plastic.
I was staying there as I needed to attend a conference and the hotel was fully booked due to it. One day I went back to the hotel earlier to rest before a customer dinner and actually I couldn’t because there was constant noise due to the construction which sounded as if they were breaking walls. The room was shaking 🙄 I called at the reception and they said that there’s nothing they can do.
Another issue that I had was with the heating- it was so cold in the room. I asked at the reception if they can send a technician to check while I’m out. Afterwards no one could tell me if somebody actually went to check the issue as it continued. I asked for an additional portable heater which they promised to bring but didn’t.
Lastly, the room was worn-out and wasn’t cleaned well - the sink drain was clogged with someone else’s hair. I was going to throw-up when I saw it.
The hotel is situated at the middle of nowhere without a close station for any kind of public transportation means. The nearest one is far and with Amsterdam’s weather- it was mission impossible to get there.
Lastly, you need to schedule and pay additionally for daily cleanup.
