Posizione della struttura, della camera e la piscina non affollata e pulita

Cons:

La colazione: basso rapporto qualità/prezzo
Gli interni della camera andrebbero rivisti, in quanto molto trascurati, tra cui il bagno.

Pros:

Naprosto nádherná lokalita, čisté moře plné života, z terasy apartmánu jsme zahlédli v zálivu i delfíny. Postel i polštáře byli tvrdé, což nám vyhovuje.

Cons:

Bohužel vybavení je špinavé a staré. Kuchyň smrdí zatuchlinou, rezavé nože, chybí základní suroviny pro používání kuchyně, sůl, olej, cukr atd… Sprchový kout a sprchová hlavice jsou plesnivé a zanesené. Žaluzie nejdou pořádně otevírat.

Appartement avec vue superbe sur la mer, mais qui mérite un réel "rafraichissement"
Pros:

Appartement spacieux avec très belle vue sur la mer. Nettoyage de l'appartement très correct.

Cons:

La vétusté du mobilier et matelas trop dur. Odeur d'humidité. La terrasse, trop petite, n'était pas celle attendue. Fermeture de la piscine et de ses alentours à 18 h au mois de septembre alors qu'il faisait 30 degrés.

Relaxing and peaceful place by the sea
Pros:

Really nice and quiet place with view to the sea. Perfect to relax and discover the nature with nice restaurants in Ortigia near by.

Cons:

The kitchen is not really big but enough to prepare breakfast and snacks.

Pros:

Posizione, affaccio sul mare, possibilità di accesso diretto al mare. Dimensioni alloggio. Parcheggio. Spazio esterno con vista spettacolare.

Cons:

Migliorabile la manutenzione di alcune parti, un pochino datate. Doccia, lavandino, accessori bagni.
Colazione non a buffet.

Pros:

Un luogo incantato , meravigliosa la vista sul plemmirio,siamo arrivati al tramonto che ci ha incantati .
Abbiamo trovato massima disponibilità in tutto e per tutto , totale chiarezza su tutto. Unica pecca il letto, scomodissimo,una tavola di legno praticamente.
Siamo andati via prima del previsto, stamattina, perché ci siamo svegliati pieni di dolori . Consiglierei di aggiungere qualche cuscino più morbido in modo da tamponare la scomodità del materasso,ma se possibile,cambiarlo sarebbe la soluzione migliore.
Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Prima appartement maar kan verbeteren.
Pros:

Ontvangst was prima.
De tuin is prachtig.
Het uitzicht vanuit ons appartement over de zee met zonsondergang adembenenemd.
Ruim appartement met terrasje en balkon.
Wanneer een vakantie zoekt om te snorkelen of te duiken..je loopt vanuit het zwembad met een trap naar beneden naar een geweldig rotsen locatie in zee.
Kamer wordt iedere dag schoongemaakt en bed opgemaakt.

Cons:

Badkamer sterk verouderd waarvan de douche hoek klein en onhygiënisch.
Douchescherm geoxideerd en schimmel randen.
Keuken verouderd maar gaar nog wel. niet heel schoon.
Airconditioning niet gebruiksvriendelijk.
Wanneer het systeem aanstaat en je partner of kinderen wil even naar buiten gaat het systeem uit omdat er sensoren op de deuren zitten.
Je kan dus ook niet met je partner op het balkon zitten en de slaapkamer alvast koelen voor de nacht.
