Pros:

El hotel está pequeño pero acogedor y las instalaciones muy limpias y cómodas. La señora del desayuno muy atenta y servicial así como las camareras de habitaciones y el señor de la recepción

El trato del personal de recepción con excepción del señor que nos recibió y despidió, pero las muchachas que tenían en la recepción sin ganas de atenderte y de malas ganas. Es una pena

Ni me gusto pero tampoco de desagrado. Solo fui a pasar la noche.
Cons:

Habia rentado un tipo de habitacion cin una cama grande y cuando llegue que estaba fuera de servicio y me dieron una de 2 cama y no me gusto eso.

Buenas instalaciones, necesita agilizar y capacitar a el personal.

Cons:

Las atención fue super lenta en recepción. Cerca de 45 minutos desde que llegué al hotel hasta poder entrar a mi habitación. Cuando llegamos había un problema con un cliente y nos pidieron esperar, pero fue demasiado. Para colmo, cuando por fin me dieron la tarjeta para abrir, cuando llegué a mi habitación no habría, lo que me molestó mucho más para volver a bajar. Recomiendo revisar y agilizar su proceso de check in. Veníamos del trabajo ya listos para relajarnos y disfrutar de Cancún y fue frustrante perder casi una hora por temas del hotel.
