Friendly staff, clean and modern but you're essentially paying for the location
Pros:

The hotel from the outside is very impressive and architecture very cool, the staff are super friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room is clean and bed comfortable with plenty of space.

Cons:

The room while large and clean could benefit from a better shower, on the one hand the hotel is modern but the fact that as soon as you ask the shower to perform under heat the water pressure drop suggests otherwise. The breakfast was sufficient but not worth writing home about in any regard. For the price per night you don't expect the water pressure issue and breakfast could be slightly improved.

Le charme du contemporain ,vaut vraiment un 4 étoiles dans les normes françaises pour le prix d'un 2 étoiles.

Good location and nice staff
Pros:

We had a really nice experience with the reception team. When we arrived in the morning, Tratra helped us during check-in and she was very kind and helpful. She made everything easy and welcomed us warmly, which was a great start to our stay.

Later in the afternoon, Kookkik at reception was also very helpful and friendly. She assisted us with a few things we needed and did it with a great attitude.

Both of them provided excellent service and made us feel well taken care of. Thank you to Tratra and Kookkik for the wonderful hospitality!

Highly recommended and great value
Pros:

The hotel was near the attractions and from our window we had an amazing view of the Mekong River. There was a roof top bar that we used and had good food and drinks available, the all around views were superb. There was an all in breakfast buffet of a very high standard included and the staff were there to cook extras like freshly prepared scrambled eggs or omelettes etc.

Cons:

The property was not large enough for a swimming pool, not a problem for us as there was plenty to do in the bustling streets.

Pros:

L’hôtel est bien placé dans le centre, à proximité de nombreux restaurants, mais très bien isolé phonétiquement. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent. La chambre est standard, le lit confortable, une très bonne douche, le personnel aimable.

Cons:

Problème d’odeur de moisissure à cause de la clim. On nous a changé de chambre, mais le problème a persisté. Il manque des placards pour les vêtements.

Confortable stay in the center of city
Pros:

Good location and convenient to walk around for shopping and eating. The room is spacious, well equipped and confortable. It will be good for business travellers as well. View from rooftop bar is nice.

Cons:

Breakfast is served poorly in term of variety and quality of food and drink, but the restautant itself seems clean and good.

Pros:

The rooms were soooo comfy! Staff were helpful and friendly. Helped me topping up my phone twice. They also changed my room when I asked for a better view which they accomodated. Location is perfect to everything.

Cons:

Shower was slightly tricky to enter - but this is minimal. Drinks on rooftop bar are a bit expensive. Breakfast was average.
