Pros:

The location was great, staff were wonderful, the beds felt nice and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

Only things to note were the hot tub was just warm not hot. The price was very steep for a standard hotel experience.

Pros:

I checked in really late but staff was helpful and generous. Really recommend this hotel for people travelling up north of Michigan. Very clean, awesome breakfast and comfortable.

Pros:

Overall, we had a very good stay at the Wyndham. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again.

A few suggestions that I think would improve the guest experience:

Many hotels now place a washable top sheet over the bedspread, which is changed after every guest. It gives guests confidence that they're not sitting directly on the same bedspread used by previous visitors. I think this would be a great improvement.
If you remodel in the future, I would recommend replacing the carpet with hard flooring, as carpet tends to hold dirt and stains over time.
The chair in our room had some visible stains. A leather or vinyl chair would likely be easier to keep clean and looking fresh.
A little more attention to detail with cleaning behind furniture and some minor touch-up painting would also make the rooms feel even better maintained.

These are simply suggestions, as we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality—I would happily stay here again.

Easy check in and check out. Staff were nice and always available.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a printed out sheet with services in the area (stores, pizza deliver, restaurants, etc.) Breakfast had a nice selection. Pool area was nice. Rooms and common areas were clean.

Cons:

Ice machine on the second floor wasn't working. Not a big deal since there was a second machine on the first floor. Everything else was fine.

Baymont Beulah is nice, but I will not be returning to Wyndham properties.
Pros:

Our stay at the Beulah Baymont was a single night, and the room was comfortable, clean, and pet-friendly. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Due to a horrible experience at another Wyndham property (Super 8 in Traverse City, MI) I will not be recommending or returning to Wyndham properties.
