The check in was great; very friendly; bar staff friendly and good service/ nice ambience.
Carpets in hallways seen a bit better days. Other than that, a really good Leonardo hotel.

Great location, close to port
Could use a few upgrades
I am a regular visitor and everything was excellent as always. The pillows are the best pillows ever, love it that you do not hear anything from the street and the staff is excellent, above all lovely Lewis. Cannot ait till till my next stay in january.
The hook on the phone in the room was dirty, so did not use it.
Apart from that, everything was excellent

Everything. There was no shuttle, but we were able to get a driver and van fairly easily as we pre booked it.

L'hôtel est situé un peu à l'écart du centre ville dans le quartier des universités. Emplacement plus au calme. Les chambres sont wassez spacieuses , bien insonorisées et disposent d'une bonne literie.la décoration est assez standard. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est d'un bon rapport qualité prix. Bon petit déjeuner le lendemain matin.
Et surtout nous avons pu mettre nos vélos en sécurité dans une salle fermée de l'hôtel.
