Nice staff, good location
Room grubby, dirty carpet, not hoovered properly, pubes on wall of shower, bedside tables not cleaned properly. Breakfast was an ordeal, lots of queuing, tried to get us to sit at a table with people we did not know, ran out of food, glasses and clean delf…
Poorly managed hotel, outdated rooms.
Loved the concept of the hotel . Location is great . Staff are very attentive and friendly.
Clean and comfortable.
I feel that I did pay over the odds for our stay but we were there to see Take That at St Mary's and all prices for whatever accommodation was left were very high .
I think our bathroom needed a little bit of attention as it just seemed a little dated and the shower head was scaled .
Quasi nulla. Forse il bar della reception, peraltro sempre molto affollato
Bagno molto piccolo e per nulla all’altezza delle stelle assegnate ( impropriamente!) all’hotel
The friendliness of staff and how clean and well kept
Location near a ruff side of Southampton
The location was okay.
This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. We arrived early and were happy to find out that a room was already available for an early check in fee of £20. We paid the fee and were given a room.
Upon entering I completed my room sweep and found it in a disgusting state. There were live moths and moth carcasses on the mattress under the sheets. Clearly, the cleaner had seen the moths and made the decision to simply make the bed overtop of them. This is fully unacceptable.
We also found the corners of the room disgusting - live moths and a carpet that had been chewed. When I went down to reception to ask for a new room the staff did provide us with a new room but no offer of compensation. Based on their reaction and the severity of the issue the moths were a known problem. I left the hotel scared that my clothes are now moth infested and having paid an up-charge for the pleasure. I will not be returning to Leonardo hotels and will be advising anyone who will listen to avoid a chain that charges customers fees and extra fees to stay in bug infested rooms.
Spotless room, air con, friendly staff, comfortable beds. Great location.
Nothing to say.

Clean, modern and very stylish.
Was very busy and not enough staff working on the bar and on reception.
Had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to check into our room.
Also asked for a fan to be delivered to our room, as it was extremely hot still even with air con. We then had to wait over an hour and still didn’t receive one. I then had to go back to reception to ask again.
Extremely welcoming and friendly staff, extremely clean room, lovely breakfast and a great location for our needs.
Nothing other than no parking
