Rooms tv didn’t work no fridge bathroom shower curtains?? Really it’s 2026 !! it was very hot the room looked severely tired the plus was bed was very comfortable

Over priced
The first room provided was not clean. We saw visible the stained sheets and packet of sandwich.
The room was very clean and the luxury of air conditioning was great
A comfortable sleep with excellent, quiet air conditioning and secondary glazing in a recently refurbished room. All the staff we met in Reception and at breakfast were friendly and helpful, breakfast was plentiful and varied, including with healthier options, and the location opposite a park was handy for a Guildhall event we were attending. Huge tv in the room for watching the England (football) semi-final. Bottled water and treats provided in the room.
Much improved since a stay years ago (when it was Jury's Inn) and I would definitely stay again and recommend it. And a particular thumbs-up for the colleague behind the buffet who tended to a small girl's request for nutella on her croissant when she went to the buffet by herself. He was professional and gently attentive.
Minor finishing required to bathroom paintwork around tiles and door frame.
Curtain or door needed on the closet to screen the view of iron and ironing board while in bed, although the decoration in the room was good.

La propreté n’est pas parfaite, le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas bon (il y a un peu de choix heuresement mais rien n’est bon c’est très industriel). Je trouve que c’est un hôtel acceptable mais pas pour ce prix là.
