The most interesting part of this stay is staff
One of the best member of the staff is lewis. Every week i stay in this hotel and been served by lewis. I asked him for complimentary one hour late check out. He helped me out straight away. I appreciate him. I am hoping management will let him be informed about the feedback and treat him well. Thanks!

Bathroom had a little wear and tear but nothing major. Good sized room.
We were given an old room with a toilet that only worked intermittently @ shower that was substandard. The TV remote was falling apart & the TV was the smallest i have ever seen in a hotel . Bed and pillows were hard & uncomfortable

Location immediately adjacent extensive parkland, convenient walking distance from rail station & a shopping centre. Very good value on a Sunday & Monday night with hotel & booking.com discounts. Very comfortable & clean
No prior warning that Fire alarm on Monday morning was in fact a routine test. No mention in room info sheets or fire exit placard nor warning at reception check in. Albeit disruptive, the escape route worked & the final fire exit doors to the Street weren’t locked. Senior management could improve overall level of compliance with the Regulatory Reform Act (Fire Safety) Order 2005 - to avoid customer panic, confusion, inconvenience & complaints.
