Disappointing
Pros:

It was convenient

Cons:

We had dinner and it was disgusting. Clearly came out of a freezer and into the microwave. We were both sick all night after the food. Horrible

Pros:

The location is very convenient, the décor and cleanliness are excellent, and the bed is large; the room is very spacious. Every staff member is very friendly.

Cons:

But it was too cold—the room was freezing... and I wondered if there was a power distribution box behind the wall near the doorway; it kept humming in the middle of the night.

Leonardo Hotel Charlotte Place - a fantastic place to stay!
Pros:

A great location within walking distance to many attractions and shopping malls.
Fantastic Staff who were helpful and friendly!
The buffet breakfast was awesome and offered a great variety.
Dinners were delicious.

Great Pre Cruise Stay
Pros:

The Hotel Staff is great , the Room is spacious and clean.

Cons:

It would be preferred if the Hotel Restaurant would consider longer Opening hours.
Prior to Cruise, we arrived late and missed the Kitchen open time.

Good value for money and location would certainly stay again
Pros:

We didn't use the restaurant for dinner but the breakfast was excellent value for the money loads of choice. We found the bar a little bit expensive but very comfortable

The shower in the bathroom was dated

A pleasant and convenient stay with friendly staff and a great location.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The facilities were good and the hotel offered everything we needed for a comfortable visit.

Cons:

The beds were a little too firm for our liking, and the bathroom felt slightly dated. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Nice hotel, would stay again.
Pros:

Clean hotel, friendly staff, good facilities

Cons:

Location. Abit annoying getting into the hotel from certain sides of the hotel as it is practically in the middle of a big roundabout.
Bathroom is quite outdated aswell.
