Room view, comfy bed, great breakfast, very friendly staff, super bathroom
booking.com stated there was a microwave in the room but there wasn't and no room for one. the 2 chairs in the room were not matching and neither were comfy
Nice and quiet overlooking golf course with a great size apartment
The bathroom was terrible. It had mold everywhere I complained to management and said this particular unit needed shutting down and specialist mold people need to come in and deal with it. Also one heater didn’t work the range hood didn’t work and the Nespresso machine leaked water everywhere.
We loved our stay at Peppers Clearwater Resort, we had a big room, very clean, huge bed and lovely views, we would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this Resort.

Lovely, quiet and comfortable place to be at a day conference. The food in the restaurant was great, good bar and friendly hard-working staff. Would have liked time for golf...
The bathroom in the room in the room is a bit odd, weird hand sink with low faucet that you can't get your hands under normally to wash. Also the bath and shower kind of together but not is a bit different.
We didn't have a car so the walk to reception and the restaurant doesn't have a path, you have to walk along the roadway.
Better to upgrade a smart TV
Room was nice as expected very comfy cozy room.
I had a bath which’s was fine when I filled the bath tub but, as I was emptying it water started to come from the bottom of the bath once I had taken a look at the issue the pipes underneath the bath tub weren’t connected so I had to lift it up and connect them myself.
From the moment we arrived, the property was breathtaking. The staff, especially Justin, went out of their way for us. We arrived early & that wasn’t a problem, nothing seemed a problem. Exceptional service we are definitely coming back again!
Next door to us, had long term tenants/owners that had a dog & they made parking difficult with their vehicles.
The views are what you pay for, most definately
The decor is quite tired, the TV in bedroom made such a crackling noise you couldn't watch it

Great staff, beautiful refurbished room, the Outlook over the lake and golf course to the mountains is stunning.
The coming and goings from the airport and bird life in the lake are entertaining.
It's simply a place of relaxation that definitely has an X factor.
There were a few maintenance issues with a newly refurbished room we didnt expect, we pointed the issues out to management who were very grateful for our feedback.
We are adaptable people and the issues did not take away from our enjoyment of our stay, we look forward to returning in August.

Maintenance was not kept up, with mould in all the grout in bathroom and mould on blind in bathroom,
Room needed a recondition with doors scratched, appliances old and scratched and dented
Wall in bedroom next to bed was leaking from bathroom and had mould on it
The setting is so pretty and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dining was lovely and delicious. The bed was soooo comfortable and the room was sunny and warm.
The furniture was a bit old and tired. The TV channel programmes weren't operating.
